When we first got to the room my son had to kill a cockroach, other than that there were no more bugs in the room. The bathroom was clean, the only thing that I didn't like about the room it didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. And I was unable to store my food.

This is a regular stop for me. It s always clean and comfortable with necessary amenities. The front desk personnel are friendly and accomodating and the overall condition is pleasant. The parking lot is in need of resurfacing but still presentable. Great value!

I was there for the Jazz in the Gardens even. Our original hotel was horrible, which forced us to scramble for another room and location. Thank God you all had a room available and it was in his condition. The staff being pleasant made it all that much better. Thank you!

We stay here nearly everytime we are flying in and out of FLL. The staff is always nice, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is usually a microwave and fridge in the rooms, however this time there was not.

The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful. Very friendly with great suggestions. As for the room. Our sheets were stained with large black circles. Possibly old washed mold stains. The bed was so noisey. When I sat on it, it made a loud clunking noise. (Mind you I'm not a heavy set person either). The shower had hair in it. The neighborhood was a bit run down. All in all if you aren't expecting a 5 star hotel this one semi served its purpose for a couple hours sleep before my early morning flight.

We used this hotel for one night before getting on the cruise ship. It was perfect for that. Don't spend $200 for one night at another hotel. They had a restaurant which was very convenient since we didn't have a car. The food was good and alot of it. Free shuttle to port. A great value!!

The staff were courteous and helpful: I have no complaints with the service they rendered. But I was surprised to find that there were no towel racks in the bathroom (where was I supposed to put my towel while I showered?) and I was quite put off to discover that the clean towels were stored on a low bar mounted under the sink, right next to the drain plumbing! Moreover, the corner of the room that housed the sink smelled moldy, and even after a couple days of circulating air, that did not change by the time I checked out. The room was spacious enough, and was reasonably well equipped. Perhaps a few more power outlets would have been helpful, especially near the bed, and a coffee machine would have been very convenient, but for its budget price I'm not going to complain too much about the lack of amenities. I really missed having a towel rack though.

The room was actually a little better than I had anticipated. You can see that they are attempting to update the facility, but the way they went about it was wrong. The service was very good. The restaurant that's connected to the hotel was VERY good. The neighborhood? Not so good. But my stay was for a short stop over before leaving FLL from a cruise.

The hotel served its purpose because it was close to the airport and we had a 6:00 AM flight the next morning. It was clean. The front has a beautiful old tree. The pool looked lovely, but we did not take advantage.

One night, pre-departure stay, not much to say really, booked it for the price, and location. I didn't expect much and didn't get much. Very convenient to the airport and that's all I needed as I had an early flight out. Are there better "airport hotels" in the area, of course, but it being the midst of Spring Break, all the better ones wanted "silly money", so I went downscale.

Our stay was really comfortable. We arrived really late from a flight and was booked into a room that the previous guest had smoked in. We asked the staff to move us and they obliged no problems. The restaurant was really nice and food was inexpensive. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Close to the airport and Ferry. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again no problem.

I read the reviews about this place before booking but had decided with the convenient location close to the cruise terminal and price how bad could it be right? WRONG ! From the rude, dishonest front desk staff (Matt), the disgusting stained bed linens, the leaking all over the floor toilet, and the noise of people out in the parking lot I would have rather slept at the airport. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

After spending 6 days at a beach resort and playing 6 rounds of golf this was a last stop before heading back to snowy NE and it provided a reasonably priced room close to FLL airport with free shuttle service. Only negative was a motorcycle entering the parking lot for a 1am wake up but otherwise had a quiet room on the 3rd floor at the back of the property that was quiet (no noise from adjacent rooms or from airport). King size bed with a hard mattress was perfect for me.

It was clean they just did some remodeling so I have to say it was better then the Sheraton they just need to Finnish the remodeling. I stayed for one night and there was always house keeping around which is a good thing the only bad thing is that the neon or hood there is nothing but highway so u better have a car to shop or go to the local beach

There to pick up a ship for our first cruise. No rugs on the floor and MAN does that tile get cold at night. No coffee in the room and the coffee at the only restaurant was $2.65 a cup with no refills! Shuttle was only on a "on call" status. Would have been very nice to have know that as it would have helped with the 2 hour delay we experienced at the terminal.

This was not the worst hotel I ever visited, but it is in the running. The front desk staff are poorly trained and overworked. The room was noisy, especially when anyone rolled past with a suitcase. There was a loose piece of lumber on the floor of the room with nails sticking out. Broken and missing tiles. Towels like sandpaper and so thin they should be trashed. Curtains in my room and several others didn't close completely. Anyone outside could actually see all the way back to the bathroom sink, which is especially upsetting for women traveling alone.

I went with my family, as soon we enter the room we found roaches, we call the office and ask to be change to another room, they told me that they will call back and never did; when i called back, they told me that the manager was not present at the moment and was nothing they can do for me.

Ok to start i booked my hotel through a website and called to make sure I could check in late and be fine ok they said no issue. So i arrive to check in i was notified of an unknown 250 room deposit because im local which is absurd. I didnt have the 250 on me so I informed him id be back in a lil to check in he said ok. Upon arrival i was informed he gave away our room completely rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend it to anybody. AT ALL!
