This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Kings Island. The complimentary shuttle ran every 15 to 20 minutes. The shuttle drivers were so very nice and gave helpful info when visiting the park. While the overall condition of the hotel looked a little dated, our room had been recently redone. The entire staff of this property were so helpful. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the park. Great value.

Kings Island Resort and Conference Center was perfect for us. A massive king size bed with soft, clean linen. A spacious room and a decent, clean bathroom. It's not close enough to walk, but there are shuttle buses that run regularly. We had planned to walk, but discovered that wasn't possible so we drove over. Parking added $10. We're returning to that area and that hotel later this summer.

Hotel looked very run down. Marquee on sign stated newly renovated rooms but ours must not have been one of them. There was mold growing in the shower, pee stains on the bedspreads, and we couldn't see out our sliding door (which took all of our weight just to open) due to the film that was covering it. We asked for a rollaway bed and when it was brought to us it had dust covering the headboard and cobwebs hanging off of the bottom. Loved the shuttle to Kings Island though. Never had to wait very long for it and drivers were majorly nice.

I stayed at Comfort Inn at Kings Island in a first floor room in June and has far been one of my favorite hotels of all time. Each night we would sit on our private patio and enjoy the cool evenings and then in the morning drink coffee out there in the shade and it was just amazing. The cleaning service came at about the same time everyday and left the room spotless which was refreshing after spending most of the day at the nice outdoor pool. My fiance and I are thinking about going for a weekend getaway and will request that exact room, because it was just so perfect for us. We reminiss about it often. Thank you Kings' Island.

We booked through Hotels.com and the price was 50% off the convention price and I think the room was better than some of the other ones that our friends stayed in. Everyone was very nice. Beer prices at a little steep as well as food prices but tasty. We had a great time but they need to have dry cleaning available 7 days per week. I did find a cleaners within 3 miles of hotel with the help of desk person and I got the cleaning back in time for dinner!

about the only thing i can say positive is that it was a good location from which to launch our activities. Front desk although pleasant, were slow at peak checkoout times. Housekeeping never appeared. No one came to empty the trash for 3 days, room service plates were left outside the doors all day. I could not recommend the on-site restaurant - got sick after eating there.

The customer service at the hotel was outstanding. The people were very nice and accommodating. This is definitely a family focused hotel. We ate at Coasters in the hotel and our kids ate for free, they have a pool, playground, basketball and volleyball court just out back of the main building, and a pond with ducks and geese that visit looking for food. However, the hotel decor left much to be desired. I expected more since they said they remodeled in 2005. Wallpaper was coming off walls and the hallway walls in the main building had damage to it. Walls were very thin...as others have said in their reviews. Could hear complete conversation of people walking in the halls as they passed by our room. As for the people in the room above us, we could hear every step like it was a stomping competition. Loved the layout of the family king room and was perfect size for the four of us. Bed was VERY uncomfortable though. As for value for the money, I'm not sure. I have stayed at other hotels for the same price that were much more comfortable, BUT they did not have the family accommodations that this hotel did. Call it a give and take. P.S. They have a bus that runs back and forth to the local parks and the drivers are EXTREMELY nice and knowledgeable!!!! So don't pay to park your vehicles at the park itself.

The Internet access was extremely limited. I visited their site and it said that it was available in many areas, the only area it was available was in the main room. The TV selection was terrible, too. There were only about 15 channels to chose from; no Comedy Central, Discovery, Cartoon Network. They also do not provide a free breakfast in any form or fashion. I voiced my concerns to Hotels.com and they were very responsive to my complaints. I will definitely use them again (hotels.com)!

The KIRCC is a perfect hotel for the amusement park. The hotel shuttle runs every 15 minutes to and from the park, meaning no parking fees. The rooms are comfortable, and the mini fridge is a nice touch. the two restaraunts in the hotel are a much better deal than eating at the park, and just about any fast food joint is a short drive from an easy to get to hotel. After returning from the park for the night, the staff was very accomadating for towel requests even though the hotel was packed and they were busy. There is also plenty to do on the grounds with the two pools(indoor was nice) and the playgrounds. We always make it a two night stay, with one full day at the park, and we will always stay at the KIRCC.
