Spent 3 nights here. Very nice clean hotel. Restaurant on site which is always nice. Lady at the front desk the first night was very friendly which was nice after getting in late from a long drive. This hotel is a little west for most South Florida destinations but if you don't mind driving a little bit to the beach, this place is awesome! Balconies in every room to look over the city or golf course, playground on site, nice naturewalk. Highly Recommended for a place to come back to peace after a hectic day running around South Florida.

First this hotel is not close to anything. Second the lobby was disgusting, dirt and leaves all over the place, water stains all over the ceiling. The staff was nice enough but with the way the hotel looked that didn't matter. We got in our room which was on the first floor (said to be smoke free)and it smelled like smoke so we asked to switch rooms. The gave us a room on the 7th floor. We waited for at least 10 minutes for the elevator (they had 3 elevators but only one worked) and when it finally opened the people inside said they got stuck on a floor so we asked to switch rooms again to a lower floor. The 3rd room also smelled like smoke but at this point we just stayed with the 3rd one. After we got settled my 5 yrd old niece wanted to go swimming but the pool was so disgusting that she wouldn't go in. We were so disgusted with everything we saw that my family and I would not sleep under the covers fearing that the sheets would most likely be as disgusting as everything thing else in this place. You would be better off staying in a Motel 6. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The hotel lobby and front desk personel were excellent. All persons were cordial, helpful and friendy. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. There are a lot af areas that need attention such as the pool with a lot of broken tiles, etc. I really did not consider this a "resort", but more like any average plain hotel with a fancy lobby. However, that may not be fair as I really did not explore all of the hotel features.

I work for a hotel in the Bahamas, and this hotel was a random pick for me and some friends going down to Florida and wanted something new. The Hotel rooms are like little suites, each room differs with design and decor. The Hotel could use a little bit of work here and there and some nice Entertainment and it would be a perfect stay.

The woman at the front desk was not friendly and wrote down the wrong room number on our key holder. When I went back down to the front desk she didn’t even apologize for the mistake and acted like I was bothering her. The same women had an attitude the next day when I asked to have my room cleaned at 2:30 in the afternoon. She looked at the clock and made a face as if it was too late. Another person manning the front desk said he would find someone from housekeeping to make up our room.

We had a little difficulty finding the hotel, but once we did, we were very happy. The hotel was very nice and a good value for the money. We were very happy to find the pool heated. We were a little disappointed that there was no continental breakfast as we were lead to believe. The hotel restaurant was pricey, so go elsewhere if that's an issue. Our only other issue was our room location, right next to the ice machine; we heard it all night long. The golf course view from our room was nice though.

This hotel was a bit out of the hub, so you'll need to drive out a bit to get to beaches, which are about 10-15 minutes. The showers were at times frustrating because the water wasn't always hot. The internet access was excellent, with a great signal. The floors are hardwood in the rooms and the nights were pretty quite and peaceful. Food was better than I expected if you don't get a chance to go out for a meal.

A kettle would be appreciated to make tea for foreign visitors and also a mini fridge but not necessarily for the room to be a kitchenette facility, perhaps a flat screen television and a DVD player would be appreciated also. Our room (316) was very comfortable and the daily service was acceptable. The personnel’s at the front desk were extremely helpful especially with information on travelling and safety. We will reccommend the hotel to friends visiting Ft Lauderdale. Thank you and see you again soon!!!

Bathrooms are old, rooms need updating and forget about the tv it is pre historic. I have paid this same price and less for much better lodging.
