All I can say positive about the hotel was they serve a good breakfast. But, if you are looking to stay in Phnom Pehn, you can find dozens of hotels or guest houses that are much cheaper, with better rooms and better service.

Excellent hotel staff ( front desk, bellman, dinning room ). complimentary breakfast was excellent. Central location on main boulevard. You may have to remind staff to give wash cloths and new towels.

Considering the fact that Phnom Penh is a very large city, this hotels location was great for us. We walked to the river and back in the evenings and never felt hassled or threatened. The hotel itself is old and a bit tired, but clean. A few simple upgrades would lend significantly. It was not luxury but was satisfactory.
