Hotel was in a great location to us. There is plenty of restaraunts and shopping close by. Very close to the 407 and other main roads. Was dissapointed when we got to our room. We had requested a King but ended up with two double beds. We notified the main desk and was told there were no King beds available. The room was nice however there were small things that just added up to dissapointment. Asked for a late check out, were told that it would cost another 58 dollars for that. We made one local phone call, that cost 1.45! The room was clean but not great. Hair in the bathtub, dirt on the bathroom floor ect. The hotel was very busy with a confrence while we were there, however there was plenty of free parking in their parking garage.

The hotel was clean enough and conveniently located right down town, near to the subway. Parking was very expensive compared to other loaclly available options (i.e. "green P").

The hotel was perfectly situated just a few minutes' drive from the airport and they offered a convenient shuttle that got us to the airport in plenty of time. The rooms were very clean and brilliantly set up so that the double beds were back to back with a large headboard, creating the feeling like there were two separate rooms. Perfect when sharing with family members or friends.

They staff was very helpful. The hallways were tight but clean to say the least. You can everything has been updated its quitee contemporary. The only thing was the parking. Very small garage and I had to drive around the block 3 times to find it which took 15 mins each time due to one way roads and traffic. All in all I'd recommended it and stay there again myself.

"Novotel Mississauga"
The rooms are very tired looking and need an update. We also had issues with the heating system and they sent maintenance up to fix it. It was worked on for 1 hour or so and when they left, it was no warmer than it was before. Did not call down again as we needed to go out.

Hotel Novotel- Mississauga Very close to large mall,restaurants, night life Our room was COLD!!! Had to turn on shower to warm the room up. Having called guest services they recommended setting heat at 24.5c. Sorry, but not an effective answer. came in on a friday and by sunday night some what warmer. The people were friendly . the rooms were neat and tidy . the only problem I have ,is that the price of the beverages and chocolate bars in the rooms were too overpriced . yes it may be convenient but 4 dollars and 50 cents is too much for a can of pop.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to the expectations: room made up very late in the day, for exaple after 5 pm, and incomplete (it reired additional calls to housekeeping to bring such things like towels, coffee, ... WiFi Internet connection required calls to the front desk and then the "techinician" (not well trained/qualified for solving […] coonnectivity issues). We only spent 1 night at your hotel but it was a most pleasant stay. There was a wedding reception staying the night we stayed but there was no loud or excessive noise coming from the hallways - an unexpected but most pleasant surprise. "Noisy maintenance in resting hours"
The hotel was OK, staff good, room comfortable, except this constant hammering noise the entire afternoon we were there. It. was probably some sort of maintenance going on in the building, but it really disturbed us. We had a Superior King Room and even that was pretty small. Washroom was very good.

Chose this hotel specifically because it was the most central hotel in Mississauga to my wedding. I told one staff member that my husband and I were getting married and he saw us sitting at the bar and gave our wedding party and us complimentary chicken wings. Visiting my mother staying at the AMICA @ Cty Centre we needed someplace close and convenient. This was perfect and the price was right... We dined in the restaurant on Friday evening and again the food was very satisfactory and service wonderful.... with a good wine selection. Only 3 criticisms; no newspaper at the door in the morning and only one […] packet of coffee for the machine. The third was the lack of a shower cap considering there was only a shower... not prepared and although I requested one at the front desk it never did arrive... I used a plastic bag!!! "Stay away from the pool and kids don't matter much"
The supposed 'salt' water pool led to my husband and oldest child laying with cold compresses over their eyes for the evening - with stinging, red eyes. When my husband went down to express concern to the hotel staff, he was politely listened too - but the next day, it was clear that his complaint did not lead to any checking of the pool. Beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to a King size room because of the error made by the booking agent @ hotels.com. Very friendly staff, easy access and close to many restaurants,. Right across of Square One. Comfortable bed and very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

"Nice & clean hotel but sleep was interrupted"
THE GOOD: Hotel was clean, comfortable, and is in a convenient location. THE BAD: During our stay, we were interrupted 2 times by housekeeping. They knocked on our door and when we did not answer, they proceeded to unlock the door. I managed to answer the door before they could unlock it themselves and when they realized that we were half asleep, they […] apologized and asked what time we were checking out. Standard check out time is 12pm so I did not feel it was necessary to ask. Then the same thing happened again an hour later by a different lady. There was also another woman who walked right into our room (without knocking) and quickly exited when she realized there were people in there. I'm not sure if this was housekeeping or a total stranger who walked into the wrong room, but it makes me question if their key had multiple access to rooms. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. The people at the front desk were apologetic for this, but I feel that housekeeping should be following some type of cleaning schedule instead of going door-to-door and disturbing guests at the hotel. Good hotel for the price, especially Friday/Saturday. The rest of the week the rates goe up to their corporate rate which is quite a bit more. The weekend rate is a real deal for a 4 star hotel. Lot's of fire trucks and ambulances out and about, could hear from the 15th floor, but the view was pretty good for the location, and the room was nice. As seen in pictures, bathroom doors in the executive king big suite we were in don't lock/fully close, so be prepared for that (swing doors). The pillows were kinda huge, but the breakfast in the morning […] was great, but get there early for the best selection (fresh fruits and juices, croissants, sausages, etc). If you're going to squareone, it's literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance to a door leading into squareone. Pool was nice, hottub wasn't hot enough for my tastes, but room was great and hotel itself was great. "Novotel Mississauga - centrally located"
Right beside Square One Shopping Plaza this hotel is easily accessed from the highway. Rooms are comfortable and clean and have never had an issue in the many times I have stayed here. Got a good price for my room and it is worth the stay.

on our third day of our stay, when my relatives called the hotel to talk to us, they said that we already checked-out, when in fact we were waiting for their calls, it created chaos becuase they thought that we were in trouble...so we decided to check out even if we still had one night of stay. The room was very old and dirty. Internet on the lobby was so slow. The shower room's handle was broken and the drain was slow. Not a pleasrant staying.
"Would not recommend if you are from the USA"
We were very unhappy with the cold reception we got when we checked in. The people at the front desk made it very clear that people from the USA were no welcome.
The stay was preety good and my family and i enjoyed it.The room was clean and the service was preety good .The room servies team was working hard to keep the rooms clean.Pluse it had a really realxing pool i really liked it.I would really like to have another stay at Novtel.
