"Great choice!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Price and location were right. Grounds and maintainance inside and out were above average....flowers blooming everywhere! Front desk friendly and efficient. Room spacious and well appointed with 2 Q beds and new, big, flat screen TV (room 301). Towels were not lush, but there were 4 of them, so no issues!

"Good mid-price choice"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
This is a good choice if North Vancouver is your destination. Lots of shopping and eating in the market below the hotel, which is also where the parking is located. The more upscale and higher priced rooms get you further out towards the water, which can be worth it in terms of quiet and view.
"2 nights in Vancouver."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Hotel was very clean and new. Hotel is in middle of Chinatown so you won't see many chain restaurants or food other than very traditional Asian.

"I had an OK Stay"
the hotel was in a great location. the iron in my room, the water pressure in my shower and the being able to hear the conversation in the hotel room next to me really made the first night there unpleasant... however they kindly switched me to a new hotel room upon request and the issue was resolved. my coworker stayed at a 5 star hotel down the street […] that was way nicer and cost almost half the price! wish i would have done that to begin with!! "Marriott Pinnacle Vancouver BC"
Had a great two day get away with the family just before the new year at a superb location downtown Vancouver. Because it was a holiday, the office buildings were empty hence no tracffic and lots of parking so we explored all the neighborhoods. The hotel rooms were clean and quiet. Their breakfast buffet was tasty and the staff pleasant. The city has […] lots to offer. Read more
"marriot pinnacle vancouver BC"
We stayed in a corner room overlooking the port on the 28th floor. Best view we've ever had from a downtown motel. Concierge was extraordinarily attentive; made reservations for Chambar and gave us directions for ways to get there. Flawless service. Would strongly recommend.

"Beautiful View"
Our room was on the 31st floor overlooking the ocean and had an incredible city view as well. The building was a very cool architectural structure, but that did make the shape of the room a little awkward as we have a little one and had to set up a crib and bring in his stroller so a bit of a tight squeeze . The room was long and skinny like a rectangle […] but a bit rounded. Just different. Stay was great though, staff was great. Overall, A! Read more
The room was a little small or maybe too much furniture in it but otherwise a great hotel stay!
"Do not pay to stay here!!!"
The rooms are small and it's a bad location with little views! I have paid less and stayed at better hotels than this, trust me when I say it was not worth the $$$$. Parking-26 Internet-15 A two minute local call-1.25 Drinks- over priced Meals- over priced Nothing good about this hotel-
"Marriott Pinnacle Vancouver, BC- Excellent choice!"
This hotel is great for the price you pay. I was able to find a better rate through Hotels.com than from the hotel's website. The only thing I could say is: Excellent location! Excellent Service! Excellent Food! This Hotel is highly recommended!......and of course Excellent Price!

"GREAT LOCATION"
We had a harbor view room on 22nd floor. Although partially blocked by other highrise buildings, we had several views from our corner room of the harbor, float plane operations, tour boats, parts of Stanley Park, Grouse Mountain and distant locations. We had a rental car and left it parked at the hotel underground parking structure ($26/day..!!!) for […] our entire 3-day stay! We could walk everywhere and had too many choices of all price levels of dining. Wonderful location to get a short, but good cross-section variety of Vancouver!! Read more
"Just another franchised hotel"
This was my 3rd stay here. Room prices are up every time and service is down. This is a tower with some residential untis on the top and retail stores on lower levels. Hotel parking is $20 a night, but you can find on the street parking after 6 pm free till 8 am. Internet access is also additional fee. The hotel is under remodeling now. We had 2 rooms […] for 2 nights (one on 21st floor and one on 30th floor). This hotel is not giving attention to individuals or famaily that are staying for a night or two. It is more catering business travelers or groups, so keep that in mind if you get intimidated by the front desk. No refrigerator in the rooms, but you can ask for one. Some rooms have a better harbor view at additinal cost and some with the city view. Read more

"Great Location for the Money"
The Marriott is located in a very convienient location downtown, just one block off the waterfront. Rooms are very comfortable and staff was helpful with everything.
"A good experience all around"
The people were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. There were lots of choices nearby for shopping and eating. Overall great experience. I probably will never be in Vancouver again. But if you go consider this place.
"excellent"
very good hotel and the beds are excellent for a good night sleep and location great.
"Outstanding hotel"
Everything about this hotel was excellent. Only complaint is the high price for breakfast. It was within walking distance of the cruise ship dock, and the shuttle bus to Seattle stops across the street. It is also easy to get on the tour bus to see the city. It was a great experience, and we would enjoy staying there again.
"Great City--Great Hotel"
My first visit to Vancouver. The room was fabulous and the views equally so.

"On my way to Whistler"
Stayed for one night after flight from London. Enjoyed the facilities of the gym, pool, sauna - a fitting way to start my 12 week stay in Canada. Lovely room.
"Brought in the New Year"
This Hotel has an excellent location, close to, shopping, pubs and water. It was New Years eve and there was a huge party happening in the Hotel, but the hotel staff were polite and fast with the check in. Would have liked 2 robes in our room and was told by the front desk that there was an umbrella in the room to use when we went walking but none could […] be found. Enjoy your stay - We did! Read more

"Promises"
Hotels .com told me I would get an ocean view and free breakfasts. When I arrived I was told I would have to pay extra.
