We stayed here for three nights and it was great! Great location. We had a free upgrade so the room was quite big and the staff were friendly. Our issue was minor - the heating seemed to be on fully (too hot) or not at all without any middle ground. Overall would definately go back and recommend this hotel.

The Villa Pantheon was almost a nice hotel but there were a few things that we a bit tired and old. Some might see this as rustic charm but we just found them to be annoying. the location of this hotel is the positive. the negatives are the rooms (size, cleanliness, overall feel), the staff (not very friendly and overly concerned with charging for everything). keep looking around before you settle on this one. there are lots of other great ones out there in the same price range.

The location was ideal for us. right next to the metro and Notre dame. Two very good restaurants on same block. On a busy street, so light sleepeers beware. Large room with balcony was in good condtion. Nice staff. Would stay again. Good for price as well.

The staff was really helpful and nice. The location was excellent in the Latin Quarter. Easy to catch the Metro anyway we wanted to go and we did go and go and go. A couple of reasonably places to eat nearby. Real easy to catch the RER B line to CDG airport. Will stay here again when we come back

The hotel is very close to a metro, and but not in a highly touristy area (a total plus!). Lots of good restaurants in the area, at decent prices too. The rooms are comfortable, and quite large for Paris standards. just make sure your room is not next to the elevator! the staff are polite and very accomodating, and we enjoyed the visit very much.

The Metro was only two blocks away and the stop for the Hop on/Hop Off bus excursion was very close. The four of us walked extensively and felt very safe. Hotel was very roomy and steps from the metro. Location was fantastic and could easily access most major landmarks by walking. The staff spoke fluent English, which made getting information very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel! It actuallly was my second trip to Paris and my second time at this hotel in two years, and they are wonderful! It is a 30 min Metro ride from the Airport, CDG. Easy walk from the Metro stop to the hotel. My husband and I got there before check in, but let us drop off our bags and lock them up so we could roam around. Though breakfast was not included in our stay there are many Cafe's just on your block alone to check out, all are wonderful. They do have a breakfast there, however the fresh bakery to me is more tempting :-) I definetly would recommend this to anyone visitng Paris. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the Villa Pantheon. I chose this locale since I previously stayed in the Latin Quarter during a previous stay in Paris. My room was quite nice, split level with a nice bathroom on the lower level and bedroom on the upper level. The hotel staff was very accommodating as well. The hotel is located in an excellent […] location; adjacent to most of the great places and sights in Saint Germain and the Latin Quarter. Located near lots of good restaurants, cafes, and not to mention my favorite pub in all of Paris, the Long Hop. There are several Metro stations also within 2-3 minutes walking distance. The only downside was the lack of wifi in the room, but the lobby had free wifi. I certainly look forward to staying in the Villa Pantheon during my next trip to Paris. Read more

First thing I will say is that although this hotel is rated 4stars by both the ministry of tourism and this site, it is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. It is clean, in a convenient location and offers the minimum services you would expect. On top of that, the price is fair for Paris. As such it's a good value 3 star hotel.

very small rooms, we had to put the chair in the corridor to be able to open 2 rollons we had. shower holder was broken and not properly fixed during the 3 nights we stayed. room was not serviced untill 15:00 and only after our complain. grumpy service from reception. 15 euro for breakfast is a ripoff.

My stay at the Villa Pantheon exceeded my expectations with excellent service. A hotel mishap was readily addressed by hotel management entirely to my satisfaction. After checking in and following a day of sightseeing on a very warm day, we returned late to find our room air conditioner non-functional. The manager appeared quickly, though he seemed […] to come in from home. After briefly checking out the A/C unit, he immediately gave us another room with a fully functional A/C unit. Rooms are small, as is customary in large cities such as Paris, but entirely adequate. Decor is above average, with well appointed rooms. Lobby and bar offer free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is served in the well appointed basement, but seems expensive and is not included in the per day charge. (If you are a light eater, coffee and croissants are available at many nearby cafes including one immediately next door. Location is excellent - less than 10 minute walk to the Seine and Notre Dame; even better, it's closest to the less used back entrance to the Notre Dame campus. About the same distance to St. Michel subway station, where express train service (no need to change trains) is available to/from Paris - Charles de Gaulle airport for about 9 euros. Even for 2, that's less than half the cost of a taxi and is faster regardless of whether there is traffic. Overall, it's a 4-star hotel for a 3-star price, if you don't mind foregoing room service, valet parking, etc. I would use Villa Pantheon again. Read more

I could not even stand-up in the shower and could not move around the room becuase the furniture did not even fit. The staff was not helpful when I reported that my two-hundred dollar headphones were taken from my room. The room safe did not work. When I called […] about the safe they acted like "so what". The Villa Pantheon is in a great location if you're staying in the Left Bank--not far from the Metro, RER train to/from Charles de Gaulle airport, and all main boulevards. It is a pleasant walk to Notre Dame and Ile de la Cite. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The only drawback I found was that there was no internet connection in the rooms, however free WiFi is available in the reception/bar area. I would avoid eating the breakfast at the hotel when there are so many wonderful cafes to enjoy. Le Petit Cluny on Boulevard St Michel has a nice breakfast and it is in a good location for people-watching. I had a very pleasant stay at Villa Pantheon and would not hesitate to stay there again.
