I've stayed at this hotel twice. I love it and it's location is ideal. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed in this hotel because it was pretty close to the National Mall and the price was right. The hotel is very nice and the room was a mini-suite. It was comfortable and the staff was top notch. For the price, this was a great choice for me. I had a comfy, clean room with a full oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and dishes. Awesome! Awful experience. First, they double booked our room so we had another group of people walking in on us. Then after we left we realized the valet had slammed the top of our SUV on the roof of the garage, damaging our roof rack. My only complaint is that the restaurant affiliated with the hotel, nice for a business-oriented Friday evening dinner, was inflexible in applying the discount promoted by the hotel at checkin. I forgot to bring the discount coupon with me when I went to dinner. On the plus side, the staff in the lobby was very good at helping me to quickly get through various things, like checking my luggage after checking out of my room, picking up the luggage later in the day, and arranging to mail me something that I had left behind, when I called to ask that they do so. I stayed at this hotel once before this past visit. The room that i stayed in initially lost heat. I was told that i would get a space heater , which i was uncomfortable with , but after kindly speaking to the manager i was bumped to a suite. Overall i had a great stay in a great location.

Room was very nice and looked high-end. Staff was great. My only issue (and it's a major issue for me) is that they charged $12 per day for internet. Who still does that??? I can get free internet access at a gas station. No "business" hotel should still be charging for internet.

Overall I had a great experience here. I arrived early for check in and my room wasn't available, not a problem I waited at a Starbucks a few blocks away. I came back at 4 and there were still no king rooms available (which I had a reservation for) and was offered the opportunity to upgrade to a suite ($20/night extra) or take a room with two double […] beds. I took the double beds because I didn't want to wait any longer, but it would have been nice to be given the room I made a reservation for. Other than that the room was clean, the staff was helpful. The location was pretty good, a short 10 min walk from DuPont Circle red line or about 15 min walk to Farragut North. The surrounding restaurants close fairly early on Sundays but during the week there were plenty of options. No free wifi is strange but there is a Starbucks 2 blocks away where I was able to work. I had a great stay at the hotel - only one night-but it was very clean, quiet and very close to the office - I was able to walk. The rooms were very clean and relatively new. Only downside was the charge for Wifi. Had a drink in the bar the night I arrived and they were very friendly & great service. No complaints at all!

The service was incredible!! Every single person from the reservation desk, bellman, housekeeping, to the manager was so friendly and personable. The room was very clean and well kept. The location was perfect to pop out and see the city. The city is right at your doorstep!! This is a keeper!
