The stay was very nice, but for the price I would have expected free WiFi.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very cozy room with a modern look and feel! very comfortableGenuine Hotels.com guest review
A little dated and charging $12 for wifi per device is a put off for a business traveler. They should charge more for the room if needed and provide great service. Restaurant not great. I prefer Lombardy or One Washington Circle.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
the hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. i would definately stay there againGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Parking is $35.00Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel staff was very accommodating, bar and restaurant provided good value and quality. Good beds and nice size comfortable home rooms.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We had a very nice time. It was close to the Metro and if you wanted to walk to the sights in DC it was close enough to do that also. Plenty of very good places to eat in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel had valet parking for 35 dollars a day it is a little steep but was nice not to worry about our car. Great hotel very impressive […] for the price! Loved it! Had a great stay, would definitely book again....close to Dupont...had a corner room, two double beds, large bathroom, no problem with noise as others have stated....Hope to stay again....Beautiful Pool too! Found street parking right down the street.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Older property in need of a face lift"
Staff was friendly and willing to help. Room service was prompt and food quality was very good. Additional charge for internet access disappointing, as was the older style air conditioner / heater unit that did not adequately control temperature. Ice and vending not available on each floor - guests are required to go to a different floor. Poor signage […] to indicate process for valet parking upon registration. Location is OK with many restaurants and shops nearby. Five blocks to metro station - something to consider at the end of a day of walking around the DC area. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great staff. Above and beyond"
The staff made my stay pleasurable. They sent me a microwave when I needed if and after checking out they lowed me to use the business centre and gave me an umbrella. Great experience. I will be staying again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to GWU"
We were very impressed with the quality of the St. Gregory. It was walking distance to George Washington University as well as other points of interest in Washington, DC.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great value for what the rooms have to offer. It was like staying in a studio apartment. The Night Bell staff was completely useless. At check in, he waited until we had completely unloaded the car before he even came outside. He didn't even bother to hold the door open for us. The only thing he seemed interested in was asking if we were going to use […] the 35.00 valet parking. After three return trips to the Front Desk because the keys didn't work, maintenance was called to re-charge the lock. No apology was offered. He punched some codes into his little machine, re-swiped our keys and acted like we were the ones that didn't know what we were doing. If my elderly parents were traveling, my mother would have been OVER IT, as she would have needed a Bellman's assistance. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice DC Option"
We wanted to be outside of the 'Political Hubbub' areas if DC and ended up at the St. Greg. It was a brief walk from the Foggy Bottom Metro station, Georgetown, and DuPont Circle, so that was nice. We always felt safe walking around day or night. Staff were all very nice and accommodating.Genuine Expedia guest review
Excellent room size, great service and the perfect location for my stay. I would recommend highly!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Overnight stay was definitely above average"
I stayed at St. Gregory Luxury Hotel and Suites the night of my birthday. I chose the hotel because it is very conveniently located in Dupont. The hotel also provided me with a free upgrade to one of their executive suites, I believe which had a lovely corner view of the city. One thing that stood out was the customer service at the desk, in particular, […] Samir did an excellent job of getting me checked into the hotel quickly and efficiently. I must say, however, that the valet parking was not very efficient (i.e., while there was someone waiting at the corner where hotel patrons would arrive, I was not immediately greeted which lead to some confusion on my part as to whether or not there was valet parking to begin with . . . a sign would help). All in all, a great stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Rude stuff , dont value there customers"
They don't know what a guest service is , and don't know how to behave to the guests.Genuine Expedia guest review

clean and big rooms ~ love that i could hook up my iphone to the radio ~ Great location to day and night life ~ I would recommend this hotel to family and friends!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
the hotel was nice clean & n walking distant to the national mall the only bad thing was the $32 valet parking fee which is the only parking the hotel has + a tax on the parking thy don't tell u about. So 3 days parking ran me $123.00Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was okay, nothing special. To call it luxury is a bit of a stretch. A nice walk to Georgetown form here.Genuine Expedia guest review
Everyone was attentive to our needs and the room was just what we wanted.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great place to stay"
I love the hotel had a quant atmerpher about. They up graded me to a suite when i talked about there parking and how dissatisfied I was because I could not park my SUV in the parking garage. Over all it was a great hotel. I would stay there again if I had too.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
my stay was an enjoyable one. I would only suggest that you relocate the television, perhaps where the picture is located. This will make for easier access to use of closet and drawers.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Upgrade due to Fire"
The building next door was on fire when we checked in, so they gave us a free upgrade to a nicer room. Friendly staff, clean room. Ice machine wasn't entirely convenient.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was excellent and a great bargain!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The original room given was a handicap room. (Shower bathroom, no tube) Went back down and politely requested a different room. All they had was a suite. They offered it at a greatly reduced rate, and we excepted it and were very satisfied with the service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Above average hotel"
The room was very clean. You could smell the cleaning products (in a good way) We were very pleased when the front desk upgraded our room from a double - even though we booked a king through the hotels.com mobile app - to a king suite for the mistake. They obviously could have left the blame on hotels.com but made up for it in a very big way for us. […] The only drawback was when we left. We made two trips to our car before leaving with luggage and when we came back for the second trip back down our bag of champagne bottles was missing. We found the cleaning lady and told her that our bag of bottles was gone and she took them and placed them in the employee closet. We were not very happy with that move. We left the do not disturb sign on the door because we knew we were coming back to the room for our final luggage. I can only hope that was an isolated incident. Otherwise, the front desk staff was fantastic and the hotel was conveniently located. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice hotel!"
We enjoyed our stay at the St. Gregory. The room was lovely and the staff were all great. I would recommend to anyone.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Clean, comfy, with a helpful and friendly staff, about a mile from the Whitehouse & National Mall. Complimentary bottle of champagne waiting in the fridge. What's not to love?Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel and location near DuPont Circle."
We visited DC for the first time. The location was great near the Phillips Gallery and many eateries. The mall was a reasonable walk away despite the rainy weather. The DuPont Circle Metro and Circulator bus route was near though.Genuine Expedia guest review
Close - 4 block walk to George Washington Unversity - would pick this hotel again! Wonderful staff .Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great boutique hotel in Du Pont area of DC"
Beautifully updated and great location to downtown area. Room was nice size, bathroom too.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very good experience"
The only bad thing is that they offer valet parking and really push you to do it, like to the extent they don't want you parking anywhere except with them. I wish I had known that for two nights I had to pay $84 which is absolutely ridiculous. Other than that it was an extremely nice hotelGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Our room was nice an quiet, clean and well laid out. My friend and I had no problems at all. The shower head was nice and wide and the shower was safe because of the hand railings.Genuine Expedia guest review
Perfect place for a family of four. Had a separate living room with a pull out sofabed. Small kitchenette, refrigerator and stove. Bathroom was clean and looked recently renovated. Convenient to Dupont Circle metro, bus stops and Georgetown. Will definitely stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Location, Great Rate"
I was amazed how inexpensive this hotel was for the quality.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice option in DC"
This hotel is cool. There's a statue of Marilyn Monroe right when you walk in and the hotel bar seems like a cool place to hang out. The location is perfect if you're in DC for work around the capitol. I had a room, maybe it's was a suite, that had a little couch and area to watch tv and separate bedroom with a king bed. The room was very clean. The […] bathroom was also very clean and shower had good pressure and new looking shower head. This hotel is comparable to the Marriott in DC. "Bring your earplugs..."
One of the least sound-proof of the many hotels I've stayed in. Recently gave the hotel a 2nd chance after a not-so-great 1st stay. Booked a King Deluxe. Got a room different than what I booked (same happened my 1st stay): much smaller, no fridge (which was listed), a Murphy bed instead of a real bed (which was also NOT king-sized), & one entire wall […] was a "dividing wall" (they turned a larger suite into separate rooms using a divider). This "wall" provided zero sound-proofing. Heard every word of the phone calls next door, even heard the person on the other end of the line! Also, my AC unit was so loud, I had to turn it off to get sleep.. Front desk's solution: free bottled water, Wi-Fi, small snack-size bag of pretzels, & American breakfast in the morning. I got no sleep, so hardly a fair trade. Checked out at noon, then stood waiting in the lobby/sidewalk until 12:34(!) for valet to get my car. Between the front desk/valet, each came up with an excuse why it took so long (they weren't aware I caught them lying). The employees are polite, but grossly lack in customer service skills. I've yet to hear back from management, as I've asked them to contact me. Pros: located close enough to walk to Dupont. Not much in the direct vicinity on weekends, but just a few blocks' walk gets you restaurants/bars. A quick 20/25-min walk gets you to the National Mall. Overall, would I stay here again? Most likely no, unless every other hotel in the area was far out of price range. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Disappointing stay at a nice looking place"
While St. Gregory is aesthetically pleasing it leaves much to be desired in terms of noise isolation. Our rooms were pleasing to the eye but we quickly realized that you could hear other room's conversations - especially when you're in the bathroom (odd but true). At this point I thought "not a huge deal" so you can hear some clear chatter while you're […] in the can, but the worst was yet to come. That night 1:30am I awoke to a party/brawl a few doors down, which I figured would quiet down eventually, so I waited for a while. After a solid hour I called the front desk. The lady that answered seemed somewhat irritated that I even called and sent the security. After security came and told them to quiet down, the noise stopped albeit for a short time. The party goers proceeded to simply talk loud at intermittent intervals for the next hour or so. Long story short, got very little sleep thanks to a well groomed but poorly managed facility. Save your money and find a place with solid walls and a staff that fiercely protects its occupants(i.e. customers) experience. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
