This is my second time staying at this hotel. Both times have been very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The location is quiet but no more than a five minute walk from Juan Les Pins shopping and restaurant area. It is an old style French hotel but the rooms I have been in have been very comfortable and clean.

We stayed here with our three kids for business/vacation for a week. The hotel is beautiful, and clean, and the staff were helpful and kind to the children. The "boys' room" was spacious, but the "girls' room" had two "princess beds" with blue draperies and pink lace reading lamps -- amazing. We did not get the hotel breakfast, but there is a boulangerie directly behind (one block) the hotel with great French breakfast items. If you are feeling flush, Petrossian (two blocks behind the hotel) also has breakfast. Highlights for the kids were the multiple pieces of sea glass (aka "diamonds" and "emeralds") on the rocky beach, the 40,000 BC human footprint at the Terra Amata museum, the try-it-on Roman helmet at the Roman ruins at Ciminez, the many "smell it" displays at the perfume museum in Grasse, Josephine's crown at the Massena museum, the guinea pig house at Parc Phoenix, and the playground on the castle hill. We took the public bus everywhere and the French people were so nice to us (it helps to speak a little French, but we limped along and they were very patient.) Hotel staff almost always spoke English better than my French. Deserving of more than five stars, if we could give them.

Stayed here while in town for a convention. The lobby was pretty run down but the room was very clean and well kept. The location is probably not that safe late at night alone, due to it being set back behind the shopping streets.

Great hotel, only one thing was very strange. I arrived at 2330 on a Sunday and asked if they had a room free. They said no. I went online on my phone and booked a room via Expedia and returned 15mins later with a reservation, and suddenly I had a room. Besides this strange order of affairs, the staff were exceptionally nice.

Le rapport qualité prix de l'hôtel était très bon puisque nous avons bénéficié d'une promotion. L'hôtel est moderne et dispose d'une salle de sport et d'un sauna. Cependant, un peu déçu des prestations pour un 4 étoiles. La chambre était petite, pas de resto sur place. Au final, séjour agréable mais un peu juste pour un 4 étoiles.

Service et accueil de très bonne facture. Dommage que la chambre obtenu se trouvait au RDC et donnait sur la rue. Par conséquence peu lumineuse et l'obligation de garder les rideaux fermés.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff were super friendly, and helped us out with everything we needed to know. The hotel is small, but that simply makes it a bit more personal. The great thing about this hotel is that everything is within walking distance! We did not take a taxi once, and we stayed for one week! The rooms are very nice as well, […] suitable for a couple. This must be the cleanest hotel I have ever visited. They even came by every afternoon to check if the room was clean enough. The spa definitely exist, and the hotel offer so many services that is was overwhelming. A personal trainer, hairdresser and many different spa treatments just to name a few. Read more

This is a very beautiful hotel, not too far from the main centre of Cannes. Even if the hotel lies close to the city centre and a main road, it has a very calm and serene environment. Un très bel hôtel avec une superbe décoration dès l'entrée.Un personnel très compétent et discret. Une situation géographique parfaite . Seul bémol et il faudrait que l'hôtel s'en occupe et vite . Une très mauvaise insonorisation intérieure et extérieure . Entendre sa voisine de chambre fermer sa valise et une dame marcher dans la rue avec ses talons […] est grave pour la catégorie de l'hôtel. Το δωμάτι'ο μου ήταν στο ισόγειο και τα παράθυρα έβλεπαν σ' ενα τοίχο. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε πάπλωμα στο κρεββάτι αλλά κουβέρτες και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ μικρά. Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ καλό, αλλά οι καθαρίστριες δεν το καθάριζαν αρκετά, με αποτέλεσμα να αφήνουν τα χαρτιά στο καλαθάκι και τις τρίχες στο πάτωμα. Το σέρβις της reception όμως ήταν πολύ καλό. Accueil très satisfaisant, un personnel très sympathique, à l'écoute et qui anticipe les besoins. Chambre très confortable et agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner samedi matin. 2 petits bémols, j'étais au rdz et les produits du petit déjeuner du dimanche semblait dater de la veille.
