The Cezanne is comfortable, nice decore downstairs but i think some of the rooms are a bit bright; nonetheless fairly spacious, comfortable bed, clean. Ask for the third floor as we were told by the receptionist the lower floors can be noisy.... Only a short walk from the Croisette, their estimate of 700 metres seems to be as the crow flies, but it's not a problem if you're an active person.

we thought that we had a good deal - it turned out to be a great deal! The hotel is trendy but nice. The rooms are nice and clean - roomy! The people are helpful and speak English. The hotel is on walking distance from the beach. They say they have a private beach but it is really more that they have a deal with one of the beach rental places so you get a discount. No biggie. The immediate area where the hotel is located is a bit run-down, but with 5 minutes walking you are right at the shops and restaurants. The only thing is the parking - if you come by car. To get your car in/out of the parking garage is hell. Tight tight turns, especially with a station wagon... I recommend this hotel!

excellent service, very clean, spacious room and bathroom. the only problem was the bed, it consisted of two twins put together, so you have a dip in the middle. but, other than that it's a great place to stay, we also got an excellent rate too.

my husband is very special regarding to comfort staying in hotel, we request always very good mattres, HBO CHANNELS, super clean room, very quite, luxury and modern style design room, and also good customer service that make you enjoy the stay without any bad surprises or troubles. this hotel match with his standards request. we have a very good time! the only thing we didn't like it was pay extra for parking, but we were very lucky it was a week-end we parked outside no pay during the sunday. very safe area, I think it is a luxury neighborhood.very close to the beach and great restaurants, shopping, tourists places nearby walking distance.

Easy to find in town as they have blue hotel signs directing you within the town. Location off the main street of Cannes, but easy walk to everything and very quite. They had nice blackout drapes. The bathrooms were very nice and the rooms were ample and seemed new. Parking is on site which is very tight and they charge a fee, but worth it, as you park and walk everywhere. The staff was very helpful & nice. Would highly recommend this hotel.
