Impressed with this hotel. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious with a good shower. Our room had a terrace with table and chairs and was really quiet, despite us being only a couple of minutes walk away from Leicester Square. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Overall great product"

"Great location, great style, fantastic service"
This is a very stylish hotel discretely tucked away in St Martin's Lane, Soho. The room was perfectly designed with an exquisite shower room and very comfortable. The hotel is a very short walk to Leicester Square Underground and many cafe's, restaurants and theatres. The staff were all friendly, helpful and great to talk to. I couldn't find any fault […] with this hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice hotel next to Covent Garden, Soho,..."
It's my home address in London ;-). I've stayed at this hotel nearly 20 times the last 4 years.... So what can I say except loving this hotel.. :-)Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Room Service"
The restaurant at the hotel is fantastic. Enjoyed the room service while working. The beds were very comfortable. The hallways and rooms were a bit small, but bathrooms were roomy.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Disappointing check in experience when reception could not find a record of our booking made via Expedia and told us the hotel was fully booked. They managed to sort it out and find us a room and were apologetic about the mix up.Genuine Expedia guest review
For Oxford / Regent / Bond Streets, Covent Garden, Theatres, this has the perfect location. The hotel was busy, but our room was quiet. Food in the resteraunt, especially the unusual afternoon tea, was really enjoyable. It's not cheap, but we felt it was good value, and we will be using it again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Brilliant hotel for central London"

"Stunningly cool, fantastic service, great location"
Impressed, top notch, fab design n stunning P Stark decor, with great staff, most comfy beds, supported by Asia de Cuba- yummy fusion restaurant, situated right in the middle of theatre land n a short walk to Trafalgar Square and Chinatown. Actually situated by the side exit of the Coliseum.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Very neat and tidy hotel with exceptional staff who have knowledge of the city. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent location for ENO"
A good experience all roundGenuine Expedia guest review
Loved it allGenuine Expedia guest review
The staff's way of talking is too chit chatty and too popular of tone, which makes them very fake. What ever happened to just professional and polite? The rooms are so small you can hardly open your suitcase, even the beds are small (140cm for a double or so). I usually don't stay here only if I have an event around the corner and benefit from the walking […] distance. I also think it's a disgrace to charge for internet (10 pounds a day), I think this is like charging for electricity. All hotels should make this inclusive unless they are a budget hotel, like budget airlines do for a drink. Why do these big hotel chains simply don't get that? A great shame. "Great Location, nice hotel."
Walked past the hotel at first because there was no sign- I thought it was a gym! Disappointed the outside of hotel was not all lit up at night like in all the official photos of hotel. The iPod dock in room did not work and the remote control for TV needed new batteries. Anyway the positives are great size room, amazing big comfortable bed, lovely […] shower, great location. "Perfect hotel for a stylish short stay"
Excellent cocktails, lovely room as ever, but the air-con was broken in the room (temp set to 17 or nothing at all), and why do hotel pillows do this? Two pillows is like trying to sleep bolt upright, one pillow is as thick as an uncooked poppadum.... I did report the air con thing to the front desk at around 00:00 - the guy offered for the maintenance […] guy to come up, but I declined. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Amazing hotel, amazing Staff- can't say enough about them. Location was superbGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"A good hotel for singles and couples only."
Unfortunately the quality of my stay was reduced because my pre-paid room was not ready for occupancy when I arrived several hours after the 2pm check-in time.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect in every way"
Stunning hotel in the heart of London, incredibly friendly and efficient staff who couldn't have done more to make our stay a complete delight, and a massive room that was impeccably designed - we'll definitely be returning!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Worth a visit"
Had a great stay. All the staff were excellent, proffesional and friendly. Hotel is very cool. Nice bar downstairs - pricey drinks but in keeping with everywhere else. Our room was superb & amazingly quite ! The location is fantastic - just off Covent Garden, so it's just round the corner from everything but also in a nice quiet spot.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Always my first choice hotel in London. A stylish, modern hotel with professional, polite staff in an ideal central location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great romantic treat"
Amazing service and attention to detail made a special surprise even better. Definitely not the cheapest hotel around but really worth it. Felt looked after and welcomed and the little touches to ensure the stay was perfect really made the differenceGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great service, good location"
The hotel staff was exceptional - opening doors, giving directions, etc. Room was always clean when I returned and the lit candle in the bathroom was a nice touch. Only (minor) issue was the wake-up call button was broken on my room telephone, so I needed to call the reception desk, who then transferred me to the wake-up call line. Overall, a great […] place to stay and hope to come back. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Plain block hotel on outside, beautiful inside"
We were very pleased overall with our stay at the hotel. It was bright and clean and the location was perfect for busy nightlife and within easy reach of shopping and tube station. I did have reservations that the standard room would be tiny but it was spacious for both of us. We didnt have hotel breakfasts, instead dining at Cotes next door where the […] breakfasts were superb. The light bar at the hotel is extremely pricey but not surprising - two drinks totalled £20. All staff were professional and friendly. I pleasant change from the old fashioned London hotels. Would stay again without question. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very cool hotel"
with exceptional serviceGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Bathrooms were very nice and lobby and bar were impressive but rooms were too small and bed was very hardGenuine Expedia guest review
"Stylish hotel for a couples"
I had stayed here before but it has been about 4 years or more. The hotel staff were fantastic. Very welcoming instead of the "we are so cool" attitude you get in cool hotels like St Martins Lane. The room was great. Small, but it is central London. Decor was great. No noise from the street. Had a drink in the bar after our show. Super friendly staff […] again. A little more than wanted to pay for our trip to see a show in London but worth every penny particularly as they upgraded room for no extra cost. Excellent choice and definitely stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Location Location Location it is."
The Hotel was great but unfortunately there was no stair access within the hotel and one of our guests had a phobia of lifts. On new years eve upon our return there were some yobs hanging around the entrance outside to the stairs which scared our guest.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect hotel for city break"
Upgraded upon arrival to a beautiful loft room. As soon as we walked in Matt from front desk phoned to make sure we liked it! Fantastic location, attentive staff, beautiful room - can't wait tI visit again!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect location for visiting West End"
Room was very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, very close to Trafalger Square and Convent Garden. Definately recommend if it's you first time in London.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Smart but overpriced"
Quite a swanky hotel but expected slightly moor for the price, although the location was fantasticGenuine Expedia guest review
"Lovely spot in Covent Garden"
This is a quirky, but luxurious hotel with all the amenities that you would need. Located on a quiet street near Covent Garden, yet a stones throw to all West End and central attractions. Great service and friendly staff. Worthy of a stay for both business and leisure.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hip hotel in the heart of London"
This is a very stylish hotel ( what else could be expected of Phillipe Starck!) situated within 300m of Trafalgar Square, surrounded by theatres and restaurants. The bar has a great atmosphere and the Asia de Cuba restaurant was superb.Genuine Expedia guest review
Everything was perfect. Location, staff, rooms, decor and bar. Would not hesitate to stay there againGenuine Expedia guest review
"What an amazing hotel!"
What an amazing hotel! The staff and service was impeccable and everyone made us feel very special during our stay. We were there for 5 days for my husband's birthday. The location is outstanding, so close to everything. I booked a deluxe king room and it had the most amazing view of Trafalgar Square, The London Eye and The Parliament buildings. I will […] definitely stay at St. Martin's on my next trip to London! We had a fantastic meal on our first night at Asia de Cuba and loved the intimacy of the hotel bar. "Excellent location but very snobbish staff"
my room, although small, was very nice and extremely modern. The only real problem was that the staff seemed to think that they were above everyone and were a bit unfriendly. It is a very young crowd that stays there, and if you are a bit older, they look down at you. Probably would not stay there againGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff were friendly and efficient, the beds were comfortable, and the views from our room were over London towards the City and Canary Wharf.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Cool hotel for couples"
Fabulous hotel but staff really made it, having stayed at the Sanderson as well would say I preferred St Martins Lane, for location, rooms and attentiveness/friendliness of staff. Particular mention to Deborah on reception & Kim in Asia de Cuba as well as Peter the Bar Tender in the Light Bar.Genuine Expedia guest review
The rate was extremely expensive!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
