Well, it is a very cheap hotel and the comfort is not really the top... but for one night it's ok especially with IHOP or Cracker and Barrel at the door.

I was very unhappy! They told me I could add a night later if I needed to. But when I added the night they charged me full price! I was told they would give me the same price for additional nights when I called them on the phone before going. Will not stay at this chain ever again!

Shappy looked old. Towels worn out. No shampoo given continental breakfast a joke. Muffins only. Noisy. Put people side by side though there wasntvmany people. Only good thing was a clean pool.

This was the second worse experience that I have ever had in a hotel. Just so that you understand what that means. The last time I stayed in something that I was this disgusted with it turned out to be a by the hour establishment. Room had not been cleaned, the chairs were stained a wet rag and some soap would have helped. When I pulled the bed out […] to access the outlet it was filthy and I found someones shirt that had been there for months considering the amount of dust on it. The air vents where disgusting and the grill on what used to be a vent in the restroom was removed with exposed wires. The wash cloths looked like that had been used to clean the room I had to go out and purchase my own wash rag and towel after looking at how the condition of the the hotels towels and wash cloths I did not trust that they would be in any better condition. The shower had not been washed and disinfected as there was brown residue all around the edges of the shower. I figured I got what I paid for I was looking for a bargain and they made sure that I didn't get quality for my bargain. Out of necessity I had use the hotel again, as stated before the front desk service was excellent, their business attitude was the way it should be, very positive. For a budget hotel amenities are abundant: besides the great parking, free Wi-Fi, personal conveniences (Laundry, vending machines, security), some of the furnishings were better than more […] expensive hotels like providing a work desk in addition to a dining table and sound isolation was great. The only negative I can say is that the location is a bit secluded from the social flow (industrial area), then again that could be a positive for those who are looking for isolation. We walked into our rooms to see the wall splattered with pop or some kind of liquid all over the walls. You walk by the bed and the walls there have food splattered on the wall so push the beds away from it. The floor is sticky and nasty and the bathroom isn't the cleanest. Our stay started out with no continental breakfast as promissed unless you call three day old ant ridden muffins a breakfast. The OJ was sour as well. The only good thing was the coffee. The air conditioner worked only the first night it was a battle to be moved to another room or get it fixed. There were too microscopic bars of soap in the bathroom. There was no shampoo. The bath towel covered about 1% of the human body. the tv's channel changer buttons actually served as a "power" button, and there was no remote control. the lamp was unplugged (not a big deal, but i still had to move the bed around to try to plug in the lamp). For the price, this was a poor hotel. Only a smoking room was available, but the smoke alarm was missing. The tile in the bathroom was in terrible condition, barely up to code. The TV remote did not work, batteries were fresh but it wasn't programmed correctly. The temp control knob was run down and took much guesswork to decipher. The motel was inexpensive but appeared all the fixtures were from the early 60s and hadn't seen any maintenance since that time. The commode in my room had a flapper valve that had worn out probably at least 6 months prior. Upon my request, they did repair it. Start with positive - the staff was pleasant. The room smelled terribly of mold and urine. Carpet musty. Paint peeling. Inside and out in poor repair. Wi-Fi did not reach into rooms.
