For the reasonable rate, it was pretty good. The bed was rather uncomfortable, but also expected. The part that REALLY set it back was the fact that the desk clerks do NOT communicate with guests or each other. I checked in about 3:30 p.m., but since I wasn't there at 2 p.m. SHARP, they called my emergency contact number. However, when I arrived, they […] did NOT tell me they'd been trying to reach me, which caused my family great worry. The second day of my stay, they cancelled my card key because they thought I'd be checking out (I had booked in two groupings). My brother tried to reach me by calling the hotel, and they claimed nobody by that name had a reservation. I never got any of his messages. My stay over all was uneventful. The folks at the hotel were friendly. I had a problem with my room and it was remedied immediately. When I travel a room is basically a bed to sleep in. They had that. I'm satisfied. If you're looking for more stay at a more expensive hotel. For the money this place was just fine. The location was excellent.

This hotel should be demolished. It is old, smelly, and dirty. Our room was filthy from the uncleaned toilet seat to the cobwebs around the room. The TV only had a couple of channels with sound. The bedding was poor quality and would not even stay on the mattress. The room was so small you practically had to walk in and back out. The renovations refered […] to consisted of a 1" beead of silicone caulk to cover things up. The meager breakfast of toast and coffee had to be taken back to our room since they had no place to eat. This room was clean and functional and otherwise unimpressive. It was a good, cheap stopover hotel on a drive from Winnipeg to Calgary. The small continental breakfast was good for grabbing something quick and hitting the road.

It is not a big hotel and It looks like a motel from outside... Well... It is a small city and does not need a big hotel. We arrived at 1pm and the room was not cleaned up yet... It is not their fault because the check-in time is 3pm. It was safe and clean. Enough facilities. It is good for a short-term trip.

I was checked into a newly renovated room. New flooring, fixtures, and bed. On a cold day the room was warm (hot if I wanted). Newer flat screen with Shaw (not the basic package). Great downtown location. Motel style is not for everyone. Quiet, clean, comfortable and economical. I will stay again.

Room was freezing when we arrived. Once we got the heat up it was fine. The smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. Okay for a one night stay, but wouldn't recommend for any longer.

If on a budget, this is the hotel for yoU! Within walking distance also of many of the attractions in Moose Jaw. Nice Park within a few min.2 walk as well. For the time a person stays in their room, this hotel/ serves the purpose.

The breakfast was servd in the lobby which is vrery small - no chairs - you need to pick up you food and go back to your room to eat or eat stnding up. The set up for this could be better. Management very friendly and helpful as well as the cleaning staff. parking is great - The place is right downtown so you can walk to almost everything

Pleasant stay. Room was cool and quiet at nite. Air conditioner was quieter than in many hotel rooms. Bed comfortable. Continental breakfast was skimpy and there is no seating area. Good locatin for access to good restaurants and entertainment.

Very friendly and helpful Management, hotel was claen and and located right downtown, 5 minutes from all the tourist sites. Beautiful Crescent Park is across the street form the hotel.

The carpet was sticky in spots. Water pressure in shower sucked. They didn't even clean our rooms till 4:00pm when we were already back in our room. So they just gave us fresh towels. The TV remote was a pain in the butt to operate.

Older style but most rooms renovated at least partially. Clean, warm, functional, with plenty of hot water. Great location - we were able to walk to many places we wanted to go and easy to get anywhere if driving. Frendly and helpful staff.

no vent in the washroom, meaning that eventually it will become a nest for molds. The fact that it is more a motel than a hotel, being allergic to cigarette smoke, it was possible to live well because there was no hallway polluted by the smoking of others from other rooms. All I have to say is that our stay was perfect! We were close to Main street and we ended up walking everywhere which was amazing cause we were able to see everything. The room was clean and very comfortable to stay in. The lady at the front desk stayed an hour after they close so that we would check in. Very nice stay and I would definately stay there […] again! Stayed the weekend of August 5-7, 2011. Service was so-so, elderly man running the office had a bit of an attitude. Absolutely NO hotel staff in the evening, other guests were constantly drinking, smoking, and being rowdy throughout the night and into the morning with no hotel staff to control the situation. Basically, there were absolutely no rules […] to make sure guests who didn't want to party and had to travel 10 hrs the following day comfortable during their stay. Room was freshly cleaned when we arrived, air conditioner turned on prior to us entering (it was +30c all weekend). I wouldn't stay again. Too many times woken up and it shouldn't be my job as a paying guest to ask a bunch of shirtless jerks to keep it down at 4 in the morning. Read more

parking here is the absolute PITS. we had to park on the street as did 2 other guests. I would hope that in the future your company would also consider the parking as well as guest rooms. A/c worked, but was in a real stupid location to cool the room !
