"won't stay again"
Our room had not been cleaned when we checked in. It stunk there was trash everywhere. We had to get a different room that cost us more. The manager would not work with us. So we will not stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

the rooms were not stocked up for the max number of people for the room. We had to constantly ask for more towels that should have already been there. No iron stocked in the room. Heat lamp and fan in the bathroom were not working - we were told the new management disconnected them as they were going to be removed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good hotel for the money."
The hotel was good for a quick one night stay. It was clean, although I had crumbs on the bedspread from somewhere. Checked the sheets and they were fine. The air conditioning worked great and so did the cable TV. The free breakfast wasn't much. It included cold cereal, toast, cheap generic cinnamon rolls and cake donut sticks. "disappointing"
When I checked, got a less than warm welcome to the hotel.com reservation. Room was freezing - no heat turned on. Took all night to get the room to 60 degrees. Good thing I was prepared for travel problems in bad weather. Light switches were grungy. Linens were threadbare. "Comfortable, inexpensive hotel"
My family and I rented 2 rooms for 4 people. It was not luxurious, of course, but a satisfactory place to stay. The free WiFi had a password, which was given to us at check-in. I felt a little more secure, knowing that the whole area didn't have access to their internet connection. My sister and I took an hour long walk in the neighborhood north of […] the lodge.
