room had mold on bathroom floor and on shower curtain. staff did not appear to care at all. third day left early back at 8pm room had not been cleaned at all. parking lot dirty.

It seems like the owners are upgrading on a limited budget, but trying hard. The gentleman that helped us was very helpful. If this hotel continues with it upgrades I would stay again.

No hair dryer (website didn't state one). Pool was out of service, looked like it had oil floating in it and the area was being used for broken mini fridges and no hot tub, kids were very disappointed. Sheets and blanket were torn and did not appear to be as clean as they could be, grossed out. Our window looked into the house next door that has plywood […] over some windows. Hotel is very noisy, slept with the tv on to drown most of it out, worst night of sleep ever. Honestly, we would have gotten a better nights sleep in the car. Room above us had their child up until after 3am, then had to listen to their squeaky bed until 4am. Owner/managers kids were running up and down the hall that they appeared to live at the end of. Never saw a casino or lounge, maybe it was on the third floor. Don't go off the photos on their website, much worse, parking was horrible and scary. Only a few parking spots in front, you have to park in the lower parking area behind the building and walk up a hill to the front to enter the building and I never saw any security and garbage along the driveway leading up to the front of the building. Arrived to be told our room wasn't available, so they gave us an upgrade to one with big jacuzzi rub. No frills hotel but clean, well maintained, and inexpensive. Don't count on the complimentary breakfast unless you like white toast or a couple varieties of cereal.

Nicest hotel we have stayed at in Seattle in this price range. Very friendly staff, which believe me, we have not always encountered when we go up to see Mariner games. Floors, carpets, upholstery, shower curtain were filthy. Appears that hotel is only changing the sheets and vacuuming occasionally without deep cleaning. f you wear your socks on the carpet expect them to turn black from stains on the floors. when we checked in we were given the wrong room to start with. The carpet in our room was stained. We had asked for a crib and the only one they had was old and missing screws. It was very unsteady. This hotel was horrible. No wonder it was so cheap. . The hotel room had a smoke smell to it. The ceiling in the shower had paint chipped off of it. The wireless internet did not work. The network is not large enough to supply everyone with internet use at the same time. The surrounding neighborhood was a trailer park. Don't waste your money.

I called a couple of days prior to arriving to ensure that an airport shuttle would be available. The clerk told me that I would need to set it up upon arrival. When I checked in, I was told that there was not a shuttle available. The clerk was reluctant to disclose further information. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that he would be onsite […] in 30 minutes. When I checked at the desk in about an hour, the clerk that checked me in was gone and the on duty clerk informed me that the manager would not be in until after the weekend. When asked about the shuttle, the clerk said that they didn't have one this weekend and that I would need to get a cab. Upon entering the room, I noticed cobwebs in the corners and a potato chip on the floor. I also found mold in refrigerator/freezer. The room was reasonably priced, but the poor customer service and general housekeeping will prevent me from recommending this facility. Read more

Although the hotel could use some updates, they are doing a great job with what they have. The owners are very kind and responsive to requests. The room was very clean and even had a frig and microwave. The breakfast was basic, but was appreciated considering the room price. Super easy to get to from the airport.

Garden Suties was the cheapest hotel I could find in the area, with the most positive reviews and desired ammenities. The location is fairly convenient, and the neighborhood isn't sketchy. There are a few grocery stores down the street as well. Continental breakfast was very small, but I didn't expect a lot there. Late night and early morning staff […] were very friendly. NOTE- the pool is closed, and has been closed for some time. I just needed a cheap place to spend a couple nights with some friends around Seattle, and it worked out just fine. ***Make sure you print out a copy of your reservation, because there was some confusion between hotels.com and Garden Suites. **Also, Rollaway beds are $10 per night. There was an indoor pool sign on advertisement, but no pool. Carpets were dirty. Continental breakfast was very simple and poor in quality. Back yard was dirty, location is not good too.

Newer, clean hotel in decent neighbourhood.Feel safe walking around. Hotel is decent, service is fast and friendly. Not a 5 star hotel, but good value for the money. Only problem is access off the street is difficult because of median. Close to I5, on highway 99. Will definitely go back.

The picture looked a lot better than the hotel actually was. The room had a strange odor. The beds were really old. The hotel only had one porta-crib, which was being used by another patron. We had to put down pillows on the floor for our 1-year-old. She had a very rough night.
