Nice room. Could use some updating from 80's style, but clean and comfortable. Biscuits and gravy was good for breakfast but would like to see bacon and/or sausage plus hashbrowns added and its just as good as a name brand hotel. Thank you.

First of all I reserved a handicap accesable room for my son and when we got there, the room reserved for him was NOT handicap accessable!!! My shower smelled like a dog had slept in it. We were all looking forward to the hot tub after a loooong hot day and.....it was empty! The windows to the pool room were open and it was 104 outside, thus not real […] refreshing after a long day of travel. The Breakfast was a disappointment for my Grandkids. The hotel description are false "guestrooms include beds with Tempur-Pedic mattresses" my room and non of the rooms of people i knew staying at this hotel that same weekend had tempur-pedic beds, which was a selling point for me. Also one of the beds in my room didn't even have a full set of sheets on the bed when i arrived. Upkeep of the hotel is minimum […] at best. Upon arriving at the hotel it was 95 degrees in Syracuse NE, they don't have air conditioning in the hall ways, and when i opened the door to the room the AC was off and the curtains were open in the room. Needless to say it was a sauna, and i had to turn the AC on high and leave the room for a few hours before it was even bareable. There was also a clock radio in the room but it was on the blink and i had to set the time just to be able to use it as an alarm. All in all not the best stay in the world but it's the only hotel in Syracuse, so i'll probably end up using it again for that fact alone. Read more

This hotel is not in Lincoln it's 35 miles away, and the hot tub is not in working order. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good, but stay away from the vending machines. My candy bar was about 2 years old and tasted terrible.

This hotel is lacking in many ways. After looking at 6 rooms, we took the best of the worst. I had to get cleaning supplies and gloves to clean the bathroom so we could safely use it. The toilet was disgusting, the sink was dirty and both had clearly not been cleaned in awhile. Unfortunately this was a last minute booking and our favorite motel in Nebr […] City NE was completely booked. We notified them of a burned out light in the bathroom. It was never changed. I have stayed at the Syracuse Inn and Suites twice for a total of 6 nights over the last 6 weeks because it was in proximity to two of my destinations. I tried to call the motel many times using the number they gave me on their business card and received no answer, human or voice mail. Twice out of about 15 calls did I get an answer. One one day of […] each stay, there was no room service provided, bed not made, dirty towels not removed and fresh towels not provided. I had to ask for towels and they could not provide me with a reason for the room not being attended to. I found the ice dispenser on the second floor to be quite dirty as was the floor in the vending room. The last time I stayed there, the toilet ran the whole time even after I informed the front desk person. One morning, the breakfast of biscuits and gravy they furnished was stone cold at 7:30 in the morning. Regardless of location, rates, or avalibility, this motel is unacceptable and I will not stay there again or recommend that anyone else patronize them. Stayed here after going to a Nebraska Huskers Football game. It was only a 25 min. drive from Lincoln and right off the highway. It was our only choice at the last minute and I had read some not so great reviews, but went and hoped for the best. The front desk staff was very helpful. I needed extra shampoo and a pillow and they had them ready immediately. […] Also, the shower was outstanding. High shower head and powerful water pressure. Plus the shower was roomy and the heat lamp was a great extra. We stayed in a room with two beds and there was also a pullout bed from the loveseat. Best yet, the room was less than seventy dollars.
