My stay was great. The hotel is huge. It's brilliantly designed to be a perfect travel hub. The atrium in the hotel is beautiful, almost a surreal environment. As much as its perfectly designed, it just seems to be severely under capacity. The effected elements are the in house food services. I had confusion about what was open when. Everything else was great. I intend to give my future business to them, as I can tell they are improving by leaps and bounds as their business reasonably allows.

Had a busy wknd in Charlotte. This hotel was very convenient to both Uptown and North Charlotte. Even with two weddings parties at the hotel, it was still rather quiet.
Location.
Situated in Concord, Sleep Inn & Suites is close to Concord Mills Outlet Mall, Charlotte Motor Speedway, and Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre Charlotte. Additional area attractions include University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Electrolux Corporate Headquarters.
Hotel Features.
Sleep Inn & Suites has a fitness facility and a seasonal outdoor pool. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. Guests are served a complimentary breakfast. Additional amenities include laundry facilities, coffee in the lobby, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Onsite parking is complimentary.

"Dance Competition"
I enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean and located very close to the venue for the dance competition I was attending and the speedway.

On our way to our room the smell of smoke in the hall was horrible. When we got in our room we noticed the floor was dirty and there were food crumbs under the bed. The bathroom was very small and the beds were barely big enough for two people. We only stayed one night. When checking out I mentioned the floor and all I got was " oh OK". this hotel was nothing compared to the surrounding hotels. the representative stated a guarantee that this was a great hotel that was just like the others and ifell for it like crazy... Never again!!!!!

"This place is a dump!"
The bedding was filthy with stains. It couldn't have been washed in the past 3 years. Gag! The guy at the front desk was rude and irritated that I was checking in. Will not be staying here ever again!

"Theft"
I stayed one night with my family on the way back from OBX. We had to leave a good deal of out things in the back of our pick up truck overnight. My fishing poles where stolen in the parking lot which cost me $600.
"Always try to stay here"
Anytime I am in the Concord/Charlotte area I always try to stay at this hotel. It is convenient, clean, comfortable, has good service and is in a great area. I have never had any trouble staying at this hotel. The price is also resonable for wht you get.
"You get what you pay for"
Was only staying one night, but believe me listen to the negative reviews on this site. Arrived at around 10:30 and as soon as you open the front door the hotel smelled of smoke. No one was at the front desk. Had to call out "Hello" "Hello" before someone appeared. The desk clerk printed a page for me to sign, that was at about 10% of normal size. When […] I looked at it closer, she stated your rate has not changed, impling I do not need to read what I was being asked to sign. Room was uncomfortable, and very hot. When I "pluged" up the AC unit, I noticed the vents were very dirt and had debrie in the unit, and the controls did not work properly. I turned it off, thinking I would open the window, only to find the window screen was torn and the traffic noise from the intersate was unberable for the family. Finally turned the AC back on and spent the rest of the evening in fear of getting some type of air bourne disease with a blanket over my head. Will not stay at this or any Sleep In again. Pay the extra few dollars and stay somewhere else. Read more

"Great hotel. Super Location"
I stayed at Sleep Inn in order to attend the NHRA Four-Wide Drag Race. Having checked out all options, this is the best value and location for anyone attending Charlotte Motor Speedway/Dragway. It's so close that you can leave your vehicle at the hotel and walk...no traffic or hassles. Complimentary breakfast is good, too. We selected Sleep Inn & Suites based on price & proximity to the event we were attending the following morning. We did not have high expectations given the per room rate was the most cost effective. "Sleep Inn in Charlotte, NC-convenient"
The Sleep Inn in Charlotte, NC, was clean and comfortable. It was close to where we needed to be and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We had a slight problem with the telephone chord in the room. It seemed to have a short in it and the clerk was short at one point, but all in all a nice place.

Very nice room, clean, updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many choices and was always fully stocked. The hotel was very close to the Charlotte Motor Speedway and they gave alternative routes to save time in traffic. The only complaint I had was the highway noise at night. We stayed at the Sleep INn & Suites in Concord, NC when we went to the Paul McCartney concert in Charlotte. The hotel is located right off the highway. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. "Clean and location was perfect"
Thanks to the Sleep Inn in Concord. We loved our room, especially the great shower. The maids cleaned the room and we had a lovely visit with our children! We will definitely stay here again!
"Sleep Inn & Suites - Nice but lacking"
We were in for the All Star Race so we were thankful to have the room. The location was fantastic for us. The room was clean but there were a few things that were not up to snuff. First, we had a suite for 6 of us and there was only one bathroom. Second, they only provided two bath towels upon our arrival. Third, we had to request sheets for the sofa […] bed. They were not in the room. And, fourth, the beds were not even queen size which made it difficult to fit the six of us (three adults and three teenagers) comfortably two per bed. "Just what we were looking for"
The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We just needed an overnight near the Bass Pro Shop and this was well worth the price. The only thing I can think of that needs improvement would be a couple more towels.
