Knowing what a lower class place Baltimore is, I was very nervous about reserving a room near BWI Airport. However, I was relieved when I walked in the door and saw airline crews coming in I knew I would be okay. The rooms were very nice, very affordable and very comfortable. I will be staying at this hotel everytime I have to fly from BWI.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but we were very disappointed that since our last stay there (in February) the hotel no longer has local television service and we were unable to see what was happening in the local news or with the local weather. We had an issue with the room telephone being out of order, but maintenance came and fixed it right away. Also, the ice machines on 3 of the 7 floors we tried were not functioning.

When we showed up they had no other available rooms and we were literally crammed into a very small room.If it had been for more than one night, we wouldn't have stayed.

Inexpensive coupled with great access to the Light Rail, which brings you to downtown Baltimore in 20 mins (barring any more accidents!) makes for a great stay. Plus, the beds were pretty comfortable, the bathroom was clean and nice, and the deal for $1 drafts and free appitizers at the neighboring restaurant and room service from Dominos pizza. Only drawback: check in and check out were slow and cold; they should probably have more than one person at the desk between 10 and 11 when everyone is trying to check out on time!

The hotel isn't in the nicest of neighborhoods but the light rail was within walking distance & was a cheaper transport for only about $2.00 per trip instead of a cab ride which runs about $25.00 into Baltimore. Overall the hotel was clean and the service was good.

You should only stay in this hotel if necessary and if you just want to be close to BWI. But don't expect anything major. It's not in a nice neighborhood and it is a bit run down. They offer a complimentary breakfast but again don't expect a big selection of anything. But if you are looking for something affordable and want to stay for a short period of time then go for it. We only stayed for one night so it wasn't too bad.

The room was clean, the staff was well-informed and courteous, the atmosphere was peaceful and the beds were fantastic. The room was smaller than I expected, but well organized to provide enough storage space and to fit 3 people comfortably. I am extremely satisfied and will try to book this same location next year when I visit for the convention again.

I needed an inexpensive hotel that was within a very short driving distance to Baltimore because I was running a race at the Baltimore Zoo the next morning. I got exactly what I needed at this hotel. I chose it for three reasons: price, location to Baltimore, and the overall positive reviews. After staying there myself, I'd like to add to the positive comments. Quiet, clean, good customer service, good for the price. This hotel gets my recommendation.

We were on vacation and like this well enough to reserve a room for our return trip later that week. Everything worked well but the air conditioner housing cover had fallen off and the knob was missing, but I was able to replace the cover and we found something to work the thermostat. The bathroom door blocking the bathroom sink and no vent fan in the bathroom were the only real inconveniences with 3 adults in the room. The price was great and best of all the light rail line was within walking distance, which saved us much time and parking fees. The continental breakfast was not the best, but the adjacent restaurant had a buffet for about $7 (free for Comfort Inn guests.)

I wanted a hotel that was both close to Baltimore and Washington, DC so i decided to stay here. It wasn't fancy or anything, but it had everything i needed. If there was a problem or question, the staff was very helpful and the maintenance guy even replaced our fridge minutes before his shift ended. It was a great location and even though it wasn't the close to DC, it was near the MARC train (public transit) and Amtrak so I didn't have to drive to DC if I didn't want to. Also, it was right across the street from the light rail (public transit) stop so i could easily get into Baltimore without driving.

The hotel was not 5 star but definently worth the price and we would stay again. There is an outddor gazebo area that we took full advantage of during the warm evenings and the light rail is two blocks which made for easy access into the city. The hotel staff was very courteous and accomodating. We did have issues with the bathroom sick being clogged. But all in all I would recommend this hotel if you are only staying for few nights while enjoying the sites of Baltimore and Annapolis.
