Overall great experience. Room was clean, staff was very nice. Breakfast, while not a 5 star meal, was good. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, muffins, cereal, juices, etc. Only VERY minor drawback was the breakfast area was small and crowded at 8:30 - 9:00. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were here only one night (thank god) and it was not the best experience: Cons - 1. there was a moldy smell in the room when we entered. We tried two other rooms and they were worse. We weren't in the hotel much, however, it was very nice and comfortable. However, if you do plan on more than 4 people to one room, plan otherwise; rooms are not big enough for more than 4. Enjoyed our stay.

Best Western Plus didn't live up to the name. The shower head fell off while taking a shower. Maintenance did replace it. The shower door did not close properly, and opened inward so that when water was turned on the water splashed onto door and everywhere else. There was mold in bathroom and a moldy odor. Room was very small. On a positive note, It […] was close to the parks we visited and for that, convenient. We found a lovely Italian restaurant a block away. The check in person was very friendly. The stay was great, staff was exceptionally friendly, front desk help was amazing. My only complaint was that I was there for the NACE convention it was a 15 minute walk to the convention center so, I utilized the I-ride system (got my money's worth out of a 5 day pass) but, depending on the time of day the I ride could be full and I was running late […] to my meetings. Also, I didn't realize the time schedule for the I-ride and had to be places in the morning, where I had to get a taxi and the I-ride system closed down at 10:30 and I was still entertaining clients so, had another taxi ride in between. When I originally booked the hotel, I thought there was a shuttle that went two and from around the clock. Again, I loved the hotel, food and staff. Read more

The hotel was very easy to find and a very short driving distance to Sea World. The room was clean but extremely small for two adults and two children. We had two double beds and not much room to turn around! The mattresses were a bit too firm for my taste but the room and bathroom were both clean.

Dead mosquito on the wall next to bathroom mirror and disgusting sticky spots on the bathroom floor never gets cleaned over a 3 day stay. When combined with a musty smell in the room -- which means the carpet doesn't get cleaned either, makes this hotel a very bad value versus lower and higher cost options in the area. Good place to stay: comfortable, clean, good breakfast, good people. A couple of problems: the list of TV stations on a card in my room had no relationship whatever to the channels appearing on the TV. There are not enough tables available for the breakfast crowd on a weekend. Otherwise and goo place. I would stay here again.

The room was very clean & updated and the location was great- right by the convention center & close to attractions/hot spots on International Drive; we were there on a family vacation & walked to Sea World in about 10 mins then took the I ride trolley back that night (VERY low rate for two adults and the 5 & 12 yr old rode for free). the room was cramped […] and i couldnt get the a/c to work but it was 2am when i figured that out so i just opened a window and it was fine.
