Compared to the 4 star rating, the hotel had the worst swimming pool that I have ever experienced. 1.Swimming Pool was not directly connected to the changing room and the color of the water was not so transparent. And the actual pool is much worse than the fancy picture they put on the website. It is old, not maintained well and far from ordinary 4-star hotel pool level. 2.The changing room(also spa) which is located in the fitness room was closed from 4pm to 11am next day. So it is only available for 5 hours, including lunch time and pick check-in/out time. For me it was like 'never use it since we don't care much about it'. Since the changing room was closed, I had to change in the nearest public restroom. I didn't go to Niagara Fall just to enjoy the swimming pool. But since we visited during the thanksgiving holidays, indoor swimming was a major entertainment facility for my children. I don't know about the outdoor pool at all.

Location of the Hotel to all the surrounding attractions was ideal. The room was a little small and I expected something slightly more extravagant what with the high price of the hotel. I also expected the gym to be much bigger than it actually was. But it was a comfortable stay and in walking distance to the both the American and Canadian falls. Overall, I am pleased with this hotel

Our stay at the Sheraton on the Falls was great. I booked a Falls View room and our 15th Floor room had a great view of the American Falls! The hotel is located next to the Rainbow Bridge. So you can actually walk across the bridge to the U.S. to visit the Niagara Falls State Park in New York. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast once having the breakfast buffet. We also had the dinner buffet once. The food was a little pricey but good.

Pros: Great location, very comfortable beds, generally pleasant staff, clean rooms. Cons: Buffet was overpriced, window in the room had a broken handle (had to use pliers to open and close), hotel lighting very dim, hotel in general could use updating, when we arrived the staff failed to tell us the water park (which they adamantly boast as one of the greatest attractions of the hotel) would be closed on certain days of our stay. had we known we would have visited the park earlier in the week. Conclusion: For the price we paid, we left generally satisfied with the stay.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Check-in was a snap and since parking is around the corner in a garage they have spots to park near the front door while you check in and get your luggage in the room. We booked a deluxe king with falls views and got a room on the 22nd floor (the very top) with a deck that looked out on the falls. The deck was fantastic -- I recommend getting a room on one of the top three floors so you have one. The hotel is located near the rainbow bridge (border crossing) and is closer to the American Falls. However, it was only a short walk to the Horseshoe Falls. We loved our stay!

Excelent location and excelent customer services. The only concern is the cost and process in the parking. For example if you used the parking in the first nigh the hotel charge to the rest of your days in the hotel used or no used. But excelent location, I have a Full Falls View room are under my expectations, excelent view to the Niagaras Falls

Overall, everything was pretty good with the hotel. The view wasn't exactly what we had expected, but we could still see the Falls and take good pictures. It was nice just sitting by the window and looking at the Falls. One complaint... the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. There was stuff in the toilet like it hadn't been flushed after it was cleaned. There was dark hairs all over the wall in the shower (looked like a bear showered in there!). But overall, the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, it was quiet, in a good location (short walk to all attractions), and we had a good time.

The hotel staff were very kind and even let us check in a little early since be arrived earier then planned. The room was very clean and had the perfect veiw. I would recommend this room to anyone and the price is very reasonable due to the cleanliness, comfortableness, and location. It was perfect we didnt want to leave!!

Perfect example of what you want when staying at a nice hotel. Every person we talked to, from the valet people to the people at the registration desk, were as cordial and friendly as you could possibly expect. Room was very clean decorated in a style reminisce of the 40's. We had a city view and were high enough to "view" the city. Sure, the falls view would have been nicer, but then, probably more expensive. We at at the hotel restaurant on the 14th floor for breakfast. Staff were exceptional, and the view of the falls terrific! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else in Niagara Falls.

This hotel must have the best view available! We tested views from several locations and this was jaw dropping. It's location is perfect also, it has an indoor walkway connecting to all the stores and restaurants as well as the parking deck. There is complimentary internet service available in the lobby. Also a Starbucks is located in the lobby, very convenient! It's less than 5 minutes to anything and everything! My husband and I were so pleased with this hotel we will be staying there every single time. We plan to try and return as often as possible. You never even need to leave your room to experience the falls. All I can say is....perfect!

Great view from the room and restaurant - perfect for short stays. Perfect location.

The only thing good was the view out the widow. I could see both falls and hear them also. Could hear the people in the next bathroom. Could see through vent into next bathroom. Would have liked extra blanket in closet. The photos on website needs to show all types of room. Mine was a deluxe king fallsview, was looking forward to coach and fireplace. We had a small table and 2 chairs. Felt crowded considering the price.

Go for a falls view room. Its worth the extra bucks. When you check in ask for a room on 14 or above since this is better view. Internet is $15 per day which is surprising since most places are free. Free wireless in the lobby and free computers with printer which is nice touch. Restaurant is on the 12th floor and overlooks the falls. Good buffet. The staff are helpful and polite.

Room was very nice. On the 9th floor. Mattress pad was worn out and would bunch up under the sheet during the night. Also, I sat on the closed toilet seat to dry my feet after showering and the lid of the seat split in half. Very cheap plastic seat to begin with. Just one call to guest services and they were very quick to take care of both problems. Later we were contacted and given a $15 credit in the restaurant or a free movie. They were very concerned that our stay was enjoyable. I would definately return to this hotel.

City view and no view rooms are smaller, particularly bathroom. Bathroom is narrow and not enough room on the sink counter. Closet is also too narrow. Otherwise, it is a good hotel with a great service. Restaurant has a nice view of both falls.

you had to pay for every little thing at the sheraton, from parking to extra soap in your room. our room smelled like urine,their must have been a dog in the room before us, the maid didn't even come the first day and the rest of the time she came around 4or5 in the afternoon, i don't want the maid their then, thats the time we are getting ready for dinner, the walls were very thin and you could here everything going on in the next room. we open the blinds in the room and the window looked into the convention center. at night music was playing all night, no sleep. the food was not good at all. then when we checked out its a good thing we looked at our bill, they had movies, we never rented, parking for two weeks we were there only 6 days, room service we never had, and bottles of wine we never ordered. what a joke this hotel was. the falls was wonderful and clean, thats what made our time good.

We stayed here 9/30-10/1 and really found the staff to be more then accommodating. They were always willing to help, the hotel was very clean and the view on the falls side of the hotel (17th floor) was 2nd to none. We will not hesitate to refer this hotel and will stay there again if ever at the falls.

Upon checking in I found there were no Falls view rooms available. Asked if I wanted to upgrade to a city view I declined since the city is not much to see. We got to the room, peaked out the window and found the view was of the conference center. Our window looked directly inside the conference room!!! No outside view at all. We couldn't tell if it was day or night, raining or sunny. Also, I had re-checked that they had a hot tub and indoor pool as I like to relax in the hot tub. Got my bathing suit on, went upstairs, CLOSED!!! I found out they would reopen in five days--when we were checking out.

We were treated like special persons; the room was large and very clean. We had a room with a view of the falls; which was very spectalur; espeically in the evening. The fallsview resturant was excellant, an received great vservice , would stay there again

Excellent location and tons of activities for young and old alike. Maid of the Mist one block away. Indoor water park, casinos, restaurants, Hard Rock Cafe, Rain Forest Cafe, KFC, Perkins, haunted houses,Ripleys Museum and wax museum, arcades, etc. also within walking distance. We ate dinner both nights at Kelly's which was about two blocks away. Great food and would recommend this restaurant for families or couples. On my list of places to return. I will use Hotels.com and stay at the Sheraton on the Falls during the next trip.

Excellent location to falls and shopping area.

Great hotel but they charge you a pricey $15 a day to park a car which was not disclosed or part of the reservation price. The area is so noisy due to the entertainment strip next door that you can hear noise in the room 19 floor up.

This hotel was in the perfect location, it was right across the street from the American Falls and within walking distance of all the attractions and next door to Casino. However, we had a full fallsview room on the 7th but could not see the Canadian Falls, a higher floor would've been nice. Also, you had to pay to park and the garage was actually located down the block. In addition the elevators were slow and disorienting and there was not a fridge in the room. Otherwise a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. Very convenient and a good value for the price.

Almost all the employees we came in contact with were very nice and willing to help any way they could.

We went to Niagra Falls to celebrate our first anniversary. The room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the American Falls was wonderful. To awake to see the Falls and to sleep to hear the Falls was awesome. Sheraton on the Falls is a wonderful place to spend time.

Dinning room is far to costly for the quality but you do get a $40 (cd) for the Holiday Inn next door which is superb and offers a great view of both falls. I whould have to wonder about the sister Sheraton Falls View. Than hotel does not seem to have as good an access to the walking pathway. Could also use a Jacuzi.

We spent two nights here after our wedding and were very pleased. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!!
