I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

Sheraton On The Falls is directly connected via an interior walkway to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark and the Casino Niagara in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. This hotel is surrounded by the Clifton Hill tourist district and located across from the Niagara River and Niagara Falls. Skylon Tower is positioned three blocks from this property.

The hotel's elegant marble lobby displays live greenery and contemporary lounge furnishings. The Starbucks Canadian Café offers lobby-level hot and cold beverages and snacks, while Planet Hollywood showcases Tinseltown memorabilia. The Hard Rock Café displays rock 'n roll mementos, while the Rainforest Café features an 80-foot erupting volcano, a live shark exhibit and animatronic rainforest dwellers. The newly renovated Fallsview Restaurant affords scenic views of the American and Canadian falls, and features both buffet and live action stations. Newly renovated, the Fallsview Christienne Spa is located on the 14th floor of the Sheraton and features a breathtaking view of Niagara Falls. Recreation options include an indoor falls-view atrium pool, and a new 24-hour fitness center. Great location, Greta hotel. Did not really stay too much at the hotel, so the amenities were nor used, but looks ok. Parking additional, expensive. Wifi expensive, sign up for their loyalty program for free wifi

"cant go wrong"
after staying previously at the Embassy Suites - to compare the Sheraton is much better for accomodation. You give up a closeup of the horshoe falls but you get an almost as spectacular view of the American falls. Great place!
"Sheraton on the Falls- Canada"
The hotel was close to all of the sights and attractions. The hotel was clean and the people were pleasant. The only suggestion I have is to improve the quality of the beds- they were not super comfortable.

Very convenient location. Immediately over the border and you are there. Just across the street from the falls with some great views. Good facilities in and around hotel.

Hotel room is good location, and I like view. But some other people's sound is bad. And the bath room is not clean. If it is nothing, I may satisfied.

"March Break at Sheraton"
The Sheraton was really comfortable, but very busy and loud. The elevators were very slow and full, and the hallways were really noisy in the evening. It would be great if there was an opportunity for some guests to have a quieter part of the hotel during times when they know there will be a lot of excited school age kids staying there.

"Lots of young children and noisy cleaning staff"
Although the hotel had amazing views and the rooms were clean and comfortable, I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel had a lot of families with young children, this made for a noisy stay. The children in the room next door were loud and seemed like they were in our room. The children above ran around and again very noisy. The maids were yelling […] up and down the hall to each other at 8am, I was on vacation and I am very disappointed in the lack of soundproofing at a 4 star Sheraton. I would not choose this hotel in the future for this reason. Another down side to this hotel, our first day there the electricity was out for about 4 hours... "Nice spot, nice hotel"
Great views of the fall and central location. We enjoyed our overnight stay and found the room to be clean and well-appointed....it even had a nice seating area and fireplace. Did I mention flat screen TV in the bathroom?! Unfortunately we didn't get to try room service as I waited on the phone for 5 mins as it rang and rang and eventually gave up. […] We went to check out the upstairs restaurant which had a nice view but decided not to stay for the overpriced buffet - why they can't do a la carte, i don't know. It was nicely attached to some attractions as well as the Casino which was convenient with the cold weather. Overall I would stay at this hotel again..but will never return to Niagara Falls - way too cheesy and overpriced. Read more
"romanitc weekend"
Incredible view ... the fireplace was a nice added touch. We stayed here in Feb, and the view was of both Falls .... snow falling ... floor to ceiling windows ... very nice. If you can, splurge for a room with a view. Parking was expensive, but convenient. I read reviews that said cheaper parking was right around the corner, but we couldn't find anyplace […] that allowed overnight parking. Went to hotel parking garage and paid $20 for the night. Convenient location. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. No complaints. Read more

We had a great room but $44 to park your car for 2 nights is outragous. We paid a good price for the room but parking was way out of control. Our american dollar doesn't go very far in Canada. It will be awhile before we go again.
"A wonderful after-Christmas vacation"
My family visited the falls after Christmas. Staying at the Sheraton was great. It was a perfect location with a great view of both the American and Horseshoe Falls. Everything was in walking distance, even in the cold with young children. A big perk was access to the water park without having to go outside. This was especially great after the park […] since the kids were still a little wet. The room was spacious and clean, with a great artificial fireplace that blew out warm air, which was very helpful in drying wet gloves, hats, etc. A great place to go for a family vacation any time of the year. I'd have to say out of all the hotels i've checked into there was no other more memorable than the Sheraton at the falls. I've been to other Sheraton's as well and they never fail to impress me with their top notch customer service. All hotel staff were polite and welcoming. The view from our room was amazing. The Sheraton On The Falls in Canada was extremely convenient for getting to many attractions in walking distance which kept parking expense to a minimum. "Awesome Location"
Had a great veiw of the Falls from the room. Buffet Dinner was a little expensive but was outweighted by the view of the falls from the dining area. Friendly staff throughout the hotel to include the parking attendants, front desk, and dining room area. Tickets to the shared in door water park was great for my son. Great time.

The hotel was located close to the falls and to shopping. I had a issue with the people in the next room; they were loud an banging on the wall. Hotel security did take care of this issue when ER contacted the front desk. The other issue was 2 of our 3 towels had brown stains, they were just nasty.

The location of the hotel was convenient. The staff were all very nice. But the details were not there. The parking is inconvenient and pricy. (They didn't mention that there are lots nearby for 1/3 the price and I probably should have asked, but I didn't.) There was hair in the bathtub. The coffeemaker did not work after the first day. The toilet […] ran after it was flushed. The internet was not included and was not cheap. The indoor pool was closed without any mention on the website. The spa had been moved to a series of hotel rooms on one of the floors. It was just kind of a mess. For less than half the price, I could have stayed at the Travelodge about a block away, parked right outside my room, and had breakfast and internet included. Now, the room would not have been quite as nice but some basic amenities were missing at the Sheraton, anyway, such as a fridge or a microwave or safe. I will stay somewhere else next time. Read more
"Good Stay at the Sheraton"
I have been traveling to Buffalo for business and I has never seen Niagara Falls so I stayed an extra night and went to Canada. I booked a room at the Sheraton on the Falls. I was by myself so I didn't care much about romantic. However, I had a very nice room on the 9th floor with a fabulous view of the falls. I did not use the casino or the restaurant […] so I can't say anything about them. I went walking around and had dinner and went to one of the bars in the middle of all the tourist stuff. I had a good time. The next morning I had a great view of the falls and it was starting to snow. It was very nice. The automatic fireplace in the room was a nice touch. We had two rooms (fallsview). They were very nice. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and nice. What a great location. You can valet park your car and walk to all of the great attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody!

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a few problems that we didn't appreciate for the price. Some of the towels were stained and frayed.There was no hot water in the morning. But they had people working on it. Staff did take our concerns seriously and offered some compensation. City view room meant overlooking air conditioning units and plumbing. Stayed here for 2 days. The staff was great. Was greated as we drove up to register. Bags were taken to our room in a timely manner. Front desk staff took care of a billing error immediately. Very good location. Very good view of falls from our rrrom on the 19th floor. Close to restaurants and Casino. Casino slots were extremely tight!

Had a fallsview room and the view from the room is just breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here for the view alone, the room itself was clean and spacious.

My grandchildren and I enjoyed being able to see and hear both of the Falls during the day and watching the colors at night. We were on the 10th floor in a perfect room with a small electric fireplace for ambiance, just made my day. Will be back and will book again in November.

Parking at the hotel is too expensive. There is no discount if you are a hotel guest. Overall the hotel was very nice with a great view of the Falls.
"eat at the restaurant"
parking was expensive and far away from hotel. If you have a lot of dough get the full view. Otherwise eat in the restaurant and stay somewhere else.
