The place was in rough shape. conditions of pool were so disgusting we left early, disappointed kids. pillowcases were dirty and cleaning staff was always outside of our room smoking. loud as well.

I just needed an affordable place to stop and sleep for the night, and this was perfect. My room was clean, the shower was hot, there was a microwave and fridge (which I wish more expensive hotels would put in every room). Overall, this met my needs perfectly.

The chair in the room had huge stains all over it, the clothes rack was falling off the wall. Also the bed frame had huge blocks of wood sticking out the side I guess they had tried to repair it?? The blankets had stains and the pillow case hadn't been changed. Pick another hotel.

The hotel staff was awesome for our stay. The room and breakfast... not so much. Our room had about a 1 inch gap between the bathroom door and the frame... so you couldn't keep it shut let alone lock it. The pillows were about as thick as a folded t-shirt (seriously). The "continental breakfast" consists of a waffle maker, bread products, cereal, and juices/coffee. No protein in sight. We had to stop for breakfast elsewhere to keep the stomach rumbles away for the morning. Overall the price was alright given the area we were in. The room did include a fridge and microwave which was nice. I don't think I'd stay again unless our budget was really in a pinch.

The carpet in the room was the most extremely dirty!!! You can see the stains, the dust, and when you walk with white sox, in no time, the sox were dirty. Horrible housekeeping!!! One of the worst I've ever seen!!! The back of the beds was also dirty! Loaded with dust everywhere!!! For that reason, I will never stay there again!!!!! The staff at the front desk were very kind and friendly! The best!!! All the housekeepers, they need to find a new job!!!!!!!

We were only passing through and didn't spend much time there. The carpet was soaking wet next to the bed nearest the shower...this made the room smell musty. Everything was just OK, nothing special. The desk staff were very nice. We went to have breakfast at 8:00 and there was really nothing left...a little early for that I thought.

This hotel is outdated even numbers on the phone are missing. Carpet hasn't been clean nor anything else as far as that is concerned. But the staff there try they really do. Looks like to me they could spend 20.00 dollars a month on improvement. With the service it would be a good place to stay

We were house hunting so didn't plan to spend much time in the room. Price was excellent. Room was old and well used. carpet, furniture, walls, shower/sink all well worn. Corners cut on cleaning but not bad overall. Breakfast could have used some bread for toast. Water fountain in lobby out of service as well as computer. Wifi was great, staff was great. Microwave, refrig, coffee maker, iron, hair dyer, a big plus. Sign by pool said "No alcohal drinks", hard to think a misspelling like that could stand for so long. Not a problem but doesn't add to the atmosphere at all. For the money we have no complaints at all, it met our needs.

The TV is very old . It may be 10yrs lod. The remote control doesn't work. The desk/table is very old and the paint is off. The price is $42 for king size bed . It is not too bad.

We usually stay here when we visit family...but it seems to have taken a dive. Our heater sounded like a car back firing outside our window. It woke our toddlers up all night long. We let the front desk know and they said they were old and wore out and the maintenance man was out of the country. The breakfast was the worst!!! A half hour before it was suppose to be over everything would be gone. Its not a hot breakfast its hot waffles that peel apart because the are so watered down, cereal, bagels, coffee, donuts, and oj. Sadly, we wont be staying here anymore.

This is the nastiest super 8 hotel that I have stayed at in 10 years. Rooms were nasty,beds were hard,and service was trouble.The carpets were filty.Will never,ever stay at this hotel again.They broke general rules allowing someone else to check in my room who did not even book the room.Then they were rude when it was brought to there attention that they had broken policy rules.Very dissappointed in my two day stay in this hotel.So traverls beware!!!!!!!!!

We were disappointed. The bathroom sink had a large crack in it - the tile in the bathroom was patched up - much of the hotel said it once was a respectable motel however all repairs and upkeep was tuck tape quality

No complaints, the hotel is exactly what it said it is. Clean, comfortable room and a really good price. Its a little further to the downtown area than I expected, cab fare is about $30 one way. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel due to the 3.8 review and price which was a mistake.The carpet was the nastiest that we have ever experienced.You could not take your shoes off without ruining your socks.The so called hot breakfast is a joke.The mix was unusable for the one waffle maker with no other hot options,plan to eat elsewhere.I would never recommend this hotel.

our stay was not good.. i'm in the music biz and was in town that nite to perform. after getting back too our room @ 2:am, we could not get in our room. our keys would not work. i went to the front desk to new keys but they did not work either. person on duty had to come up and let us in. after getting in our room and ready too take a shower, i tried turning on the lite in the bath room, when flames shot out of the fan vent above. flames and sparks fell to the floor and i turned off the switch rite away. needless to say there were no showers taken, when checked out the next morning i told the person on duty what had happened and went too the room with me and turned on the bathroom switch too find that it did the same thing too her. after knowing what we had been thru that nite before, and with chance of being able to take showers i thiught the hotel shoud have offered us free nite for our next visit atany super 8 motel / hotel, but none was offered. our room number was 226. we would appreciate a reply.. thank you..

The motel is old and could be remodeled. It looks very good on the outside but the rooms are a little dingy. It is in a good location and very easy to get to with popular restaurants close by. If you book through a 3rd party you always end up on the second floor.

We got there at about 10:00 P.M. and the air conditioning was not turned on and it was very uncomfortably hot in the room. We called down to the desk to ask about another room and were told that all the rooms would be hot but not to turn the airconditioning completely up or it would freeze up. The chair and ottoman in the room were filthy and badly stained. We felt dirty being in the same room with them. We will never stay in that motel again.

Made a trip to Knoxville for my Dad's 80th birthday with my sister, niece and great niece. Over all the rooms had been updated, however the towel rack and toilet seat in our room were broken. Due to the fact my niece had a bad experience with bedbugs in the past checked the mattresses in her room and found bedbug stains. Manger claimed they had the beds checked and no sign of bedbugs were found. I feel they should replace the mattresses, they are very old and not very comfortable. Over all for the money you get what you pay for.

Nice clean hotel. The room we stayed in had been updated with nice décor and new carpets. First floor rooms have access right at ground level, so you can park right outside your room. Nice simple free breakfast was available.
