Pool, hot tub, full size refrigerator in room. We stayed in a suite 5 women and was very comfortable. Many great shops locally. We came to see a play at the Children's Theatre. We didn't cook in the room but it was equipped to do so. No way to use lights, mirror, hair dryer while others sleeping. No door between bedroom and vanity area. This hotel was very nice. The rooms were large, the breakfast was amazing!! The only problem was that I forgot my phone charger there and nobody will return my phone call, they say they need to talk to housekeeping and will call back right away, this is day 3:(

This was our first time staying at Staybridge Suites in Maple Grove and we will definitely be back! Staybridge is pet friendly, and our dog loved coming with on a weekend get-away. We really like the Arbor Lakes location. It offers great shopping and dining with nearby parks and walking paths. The suite was sizable and comfortable, it felt like we were […] in our own cozy little apartment for the weekend. The decor is modern and fresh. The hotel inadvertently charged my credit card for the stay, even though I booked through Hotels.com. When I realized the error, I contacted Staybride and they promptly fixed the mistake. Less than a year ago the hotel went through a renovation where all of our sofa sleepers were replaced but even though they are new it is tough for a sofa sleeper to measure up to the comfort of a bed full size mattress set and bedding. Here at the Staybridge Suites, Maple Grove we have various room types which consist of various room sizes and layouts which increases the number of beds in a room depending upon the room type you choose. We can assist you in meeting your needs by matching the correct room type to the amount of people in your party.

The breakfast was fantastic--the second best hotel buffet I've ever had. Everything was fresh and tasty. The room was very comfortable. The only two drawbacks were that the room smelled a little funky (kind of musty# and the heating system made a lot of noise at night #which kept my husband awake#. The Superior Suite is completely worth it. However, all of the suites are wonderful. The hotel staff is really nice. The breakfast has a wonderful selection from juice, to muffins, to waffles, to milk, to coffee, to eggs, etc!

This hotel is so very nice for a more value based chain! The room was great and I loved the layout and look! The breakfast was actually pretty good and the eating area was charming and cozy with a tall fireplace! Even though we were next to the freeway there was no noise and the grassy dog walking area was a great feature. The staff was extremely personable […] and I truly appreciated that, especially on a holiday weekend when things are hectic. : ) The only few things I would comment on: The pillows were smaller than normal, which was odd. Also, the bed was supposed to be queen, but I'm almost positive it was a full/double. Lastly, there was no vanity in the bathroom (or vanity lighting), and the only light in the bathroom was a flourescent that was attached to a loud fan; so you had to turn on both at one time. I didn't get my room cleaned for 1 hour and 20 minutes and then I finally arrived in my room. 1) The door was horrible to open / close. 2) There was no TV in the living room area, where there was a TV cabinet with DVD player. 3) There was trim tape left after painting around the bedroom door frame. We stay here every time we are in the twin cities area. It's easy access off the interstates. It's in a nice city. The hotel basically has EVERYTHING right there. Nice pool, great breakfast (so many choices!!!) the beds are great and rooms are spacious. The employees are nice and helpful. Very AMAZING!!!

Great location, excellent continental breakfast, close to everything. Rooms were perfect, especially the 2 bedroom suite, only concern was the light housekeeping on weekends, rooms weren't cleaned. Other than that we would stay there again.

Maid service was only light cleaning on weekends, but front desk people were very accomodating for towels, etc. Rooms were awesome and location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again. Continential breakfast was awesome every morning.

We all were pleased with our stay, but thought the maid service was a little lacks on the weekend, we were there for 3 nights and beds were not made once, note in room stated light cleaning only. Continental breakfast and staff were awesome and location was great.
