Absolutely horrible hotel. Quality Inn should be ashamed to put their name on this place. I walked into my room and a single bare bulb was hanging from the ceiling. No light fixture, just a bulb. When I went to take a shower, someone had punched a hole in the shower wall and it was just left there. Then the big one happened, while ironing my pants the […] next morning for a meeting, I found a lump in the ironing board between the cover. So I reach down in there to find out what it is and pull out a spoon that had been used to cook heroine, crack, meth, or whatever! The bottom of the spoon was covered in soot. The staff was friendly enough. But the room furniture was pretty beat up. There were 6 different lamps in the room, but only 3 of them had light bulbs in them. Overall an okay experience, but looks like the hotel has seen better days.

We called ahead to request a roll-away and there were none available when we arrived. We then asked for additional blankets and a pillow as our son was going to have to sleep on the floor. We were told there were no additional pillows or blankets available, either. So, we ended up sleeping 3 people in a bed, and no one got much sleep. The beds were extremely small and our room was right next to the highway. It was not worth the money that we paid for the room. I would suggest that you find another hotel for the money. We did not sleep well. The breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about.

Management really let us down. Staff was very polite and helpful but there seem to be a lack of organization skills on the management. No one seemed to know who is suppose to clean our room. Someone would leave towels daily but would forget to make bed, leave coffee or take our trash. We had no problems with the hotel and location. We had shuttle service to the FDIC show. The only problem we encountered was picking us up from the airport. Waited almost an hour and had to call a second time. We were told the driver forgot about us.

The hotel's website said that it was a heated pool, however, it is not. When I went to check in it actually took about 10 minutes because the front desk clerk was on the phone with another customer who had a whole list of complaints, all of which the clerk repeated loud and clear for me to hear before informing the customer that she would have to have […] someone else get back to her. Personally, I would have told her that first instead of repeating all of the complaints in front of other customers. The customer on the phone also had an issue with the “heated” pool and s/he was told that the room is heated, not the actual pool itself... This was actually a big deal for me as I chose this hotel specifically for the heated pool. Next time I will call the hotel directly and inquire before booking and being disappointed. I am not sure if the room I stayed in was horrible due to the fact that I had a dog with me (I had mentioned the dog when booking) but when the Manger saw the size of my dog she moved my room (which the location was fine) what was not fine was the horrible stench coming from the room/ the thin walls where I can hear everything and the most uncomfortable […] bed ever. I did not expect much from such a bargain hotel but the smell (like a bathroom washed with a dirty mop) was unacceptable if it wasn't 1 am and I wasn't super tired & would have asked for another room but I was going to assume all the "pet" room would be in the same condition. After hours in the car, we were looking forward to a nice warm, friendly greeting when we arrived at the hotel. This was definitely not the case. After the long check in procedure, we were on our way to our room on the second floor for our three night stay. When getting off the elevator, we were greeted by a dog barking in someone's room. We were accepting […] of that since the hotel accepts pets but were concerned that it would effect our sleep but that was not the case. Breakfast the following morning (and actually all three mornings) was very disappointing. There were three choices of cold cereal, waffles and biscuits w/ gravy. The juice and milk were in pitchers on the counter but not chilled. Where was the variety of hot breakfast choices; it was the same thing each morning. Scrambled eggs, bacon strips, sausage links, breakfast potatoes are all foods that can be kept warm in warmers for a continental style breakfast. We visited the pool and hot tub early evening- no pool towels were avaialble, and the hot tub was lacking water which casued the water to be blown upward out of the hot tub versus into the water itself. Not only was the desk chair broke, the television didn't work half the time either! I think this was due to the fact there were large holes in the top! Our housekeeper had poor English and was not even slightly friendly. When the chair/tv issues were addressed, nothing came from the complaint.

Clerk asked me no less than six times to repeat my zip code????, Her appearance was less than professional with a rinkled polo shirt, and below the hip tight blue jeans. and unkept hair.

The hotel was adequate, though not stellar. They woke me up at 2am thinking the room was unoccupied, I clarified that it was not! The "high-speed" internet was more atune to dial-up speed, maybe it was a misprint on their advertising. Would not stay at this location again.

I drove to Indy a day early to get a good nights rest before my 6:00 am flight the next morning. I ended up with maybe two hours of sleep because of the traffic noise that went on all night! I complained to the front desk at 4:30 am the next morning and the person at the desk said that they have had alot of complaints about this problem. The person […] gave me a name and # to call a manager which I did the that afternoon. Of course the manager was not available and would return my call as soon as possible.
