Overall our stay was good. The hotel was very close to the military base. The staff was polite and friendly. I think the only complaint I have, which is not a bid deal, is that there was no coffee in the room.

Quite acceptable. All inside entrance rooms a negative. Breakfast worth skipping unless you prefer all refined foods. No hot food and only a banana/apple for fruit. Cleanliness terrible, got new towels removed trash made 1 bed. Nvr cleaned bathrooms or mirrors didn't clean sink or vanity area didn't clean table that was sticky. THIS HOTEL FITS THE NEED OF EVERY MILITARY SERVICE LODGING, TO GET ON POST IS LESS THAN 5 MINUTES..... WALMART, PIZZA, CHOICES FOR THE CHILDREN. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR OUR FAMILY. THE PERSONAL IS VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING, I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL 100%.

The location is wonderful. Close to HWY 44, dining locations, and convenience stores. Hotel is clean however run down. You can tell regular maintenance isn't being done to keep the hotel looking "new" Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. The pool was good for kids. They had a juice machine with orange and apple juice that was both out during our visit. They did offer orange juice cups that looked like yougart that were warm. They also had two types of cereal and some bread. Our overall stay was quick, fast and in a hurry, so I gave you a 4 , for location, easy access, quick check-in and easy access to base and restaraunts. The rooms where clean. The lobby was neat with comfortable lounging furniture. Heated indoor swimming pool was nice. Close to Ft. Leonardwood, Mo. Continental breakfast was ok. The hotel was very nice and comfortable for a budget-friendly hotel. It was even nicer than the pictures posted. Great stay! Breakfast selection is limited (packaged donuts and muffins, some apples and bananas, toast, a couple of cereal options, juice and coffee), but decent for the price.

We did not enjoy this hotel at all. On the first day of our stay we left that morning at 10:00 a.m., when we arrived that evening at 9:00 p.m., it was just like we left it. All of the towels were in the bathroom floor, the beds were not made, trash was still in the trash can. The front desk said they would give us clean towels and let the GM know about […] our room. Two days later, no one ever contacted us or offered us any apology or tried to make anything right. That same night the desk clerk was talking to the owner about giving a special discount to an older person checking into the jacuzzi suite but she refused to tell him anything about our situation. She casually pointed to a stack of towels on the front desk counter insinuating that they were for us to use since no one bothered to clean our room. The refrigerator did not work and the breakfast each morning consisted of a couple packs of donuts and a few muffins (if you were lucky enough to be one of the first six people in line to get them). The hotel smells like a dead animal from the moment you step in the doorway. There are plenty of other nice hotels surrounding this one that we would recommend you go to.
