The room was to have a hair dryer so we did not bring one. There was no hair dryer. The room was to have pay movies. The were n pay movies. Most of the channels were snowy. The room was clean but the shower really needed repairs. The shower head fell off when I tried to adjust it. There appears to be little to no hotel room maintenance. Each room seems to have different things that don't work. The last room I had there, the bathroom light and fan didn't work, the air conditioning thermastat didn't work and the towels were wet. Fun! Never again

We stayed one night. Free wifi, room clean, bath clean, needed caulking repair around bath tub, no refer. Double bed comfortable, small table with 2 chairs and TV. Quiet although next to truck stop. There was no toilet paper holder and we had to put the roll on the floor. The air condition or fan was so loud we couldn't hear the TV. The jacuzzi was murky and dirty. We liked to location, which was right off the freeway but it wasn't worth the price.

The rooms needed some maintenance. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was so loud. We had to ask for a room change. The button used to reroute the water from the faucet to the shower head was missing. The door was real sticky and made loud noises when finally closed.

Was just passing through and wanted a cheap room for a night. This place isn't worth the money. When I walked in the room the smell was terrible. And the two huge stains were a turn off. I'm just thankful it was only for a night.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom during our recent stay. The toilet had green mold stuff growing around the back edge where the seat screws into the toilet. The bathtub had dirt streaks on the outside of it that came off easily with my finger. towels were very thin. Bathroom toilet was old round type bowl with very little space. Shower had handle caps just hanging on bar and the floor grout was dirty. I and my wife checked in this hotel around 8:00 pm. First, I asked that what do you have for breakfast and receptionist told us just coffee while in the adds was mentioned breakfast is included. After that when we went to the room, the blankets and bath was so dirty look like motel not hotel. Because we were tired we slept till 10:00 am tomorrow morning […] but exactly at 11:00 am the house cleaning person knocked the door and entered to the room without permission. It was so rude and unbelievable the behavior of this person. I told her we are leaving the room but she did not care and stayed behind the door till we left the room. I know that the manager is responsible of these kinds of behavior and he/she advised his/her employee. The location was convenient for me but there was no fridge or microwave. The breakfast should have been listed as 'continental'......they offered a small selection of pastries and buns. They also offered packaged oatmeal but there was no milk to add to it. The coffee was worse than usual for a motel.

This hotel was close to family and we were planning to stay 5 nights but only stayed one. I normally give hotels like this some slack but in this case I'm not going to. When we arrived the room was not clean so we were asked to wait either in the parking lot or in the lobby. I asked if they could call us on my cell phone and we would wait in the car. […] Eventually we left to go get something to eat. They never called and we finally went back at 7 PM to check. They said there were no more rooms at the price we had but they would upgrades us to a better room. It that was a better room I would hate to see what the room at that price was like. The room was marginally clean but that is where things started going down hill. In the middle of the night we got cold and when I tried to adjust the heat I found that the AC heater controller was broken so there was no way to adjust the temperature. There was a construction crew staying in adjacent rooms and they were very noisy so I tried calling the office around midnight to see if I could get them to ask the people to quiet down and got no answer but the guys did get quiet about that time so I think the night manager may have been out asking them to quiet down that when I called. The toilet plugged up in the morning and that was the last straw. They charged me full price for the room even though we were very dissatisfied. Read more

'This being our first time using Hotel.com we were very dissappointed - this place is a dump. Pillow & sheets must be 20 years old, mattress stained, toilet did not flush, paper-thin walls, bath tub broken and was sealed and dirty (we could not even take a shower it it) and the rugs were very dirty. A very distinct ordor that followed us home in our […] suitecase. I needed to use a CPAP machine and the only plug near the bed was in back of mattress which kept shutting it down everytime we moved.
