I travel a lot for business. So when I arrived at the residence inn, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel and the rooms were. The rooms are large very comfortable. About 10 minutes outside of Boulder Colorado is a great place to stay for the money.

The stay at the Louisville Residence In was perfect! We were moving our daughter to Boulder for school. It was the perfect "distance" from the campus, an easy 12 minute commute on the highway with the stunning Flat Iron mountain rannge as the backdrop along the way into Boulder. I loved everything about my stay at this hotel except.......they kept the lights on at the tennis/basketball court past 10PM - they were on until at least midnight. The court is too close to the rooms to hear bouncing basketballs, soccer balls and just general congregating at that time of night. People(most) want to sleep at night!

the hotel was excellent; good location, easy access, spacious rooms, great breakfast, good amenities, very friendly staff; the only downside was that housekeeping did not come until late afternoon and we were in the room at that time, so we did not have housekeeping during our entire stay

We have stayed here several times. The proximity to Boulder and the area is perfect for us. The room has always been nice, and service by all the staff is excellent. We will certainly book here again, and would recommend it to anyone.

Very generous room(s) at a reasonable price. Rooms were quiet...no outside noise. Complimentary breakfast had many more items than in other venues.

Disappointing for a Marriott. I chose this hotel based on the name. The room (actually a studio) was large, but dark- small windows. The decor was a bit outdated. The sheets smelled musty. Pillows were horrible- wife and I both had neck pain. I would not stay there again.

We have also stayed at the other Residence Inn on Sheridan and 36. This was a much better hotel -- very quiet, very clean, and perfect location for visiting friends in the area. Highly recommend!

Very nice room with excellent, helpful staff. The reason for the stay was a Georgia-Colorado football game. Very easy access to Boulder. Several nice eating establishments within 1-2 miles. I highly recommend it.

We chose the hotel for the convenenience of the location. It was more then we ever expected and would definitely go back. It was convenient to Boulder and the historic Louisville was a fun alternative for dinner and breakfast. Walking and biking trails are conveniently located right next to the hotel and a golf course was also within walking distance. […] The only thing I wish they would add would be maps of the miles of trails which exist in the county. Pool and hottub are well maintained. Breakfast has eggs, potatoes, waffles & oatmeal. Parking for the right side rooms not sufficient. Check the satellite picture. There is parking only in the front and left of the building.
