"VERY NICE HOTEL!"
Me and my boyfriend stay one night. It was worth the money. It was very clean in and the service we received was great. Only compliant the shower didn't have any pressure because they have some water saver shower head. Besides that we both agreed when we visit Nashville we will always stay there

"Will not return"
Will not return. My in-laws also reserved a room which had dirty sheets. When we arrived to check in we were given keys to a room already occupied. Very embarrassing walking in on someone in bed with your family. Front desk not knowledgeable.

"Avoid if possible until renovating is complete"
the location is currently under renovation, but that's not to say that it is going to be good. I am laying here in the bed; which feels like the Flintstones made it; right now writing this. I am looking up at the ceiling and electrical tape is holding the wallpaper on. it is peeling off in other places. Yesterday the cable and Internet didn't work until the provider came out to fix it. In the mean time I had to go find something to do to keep me occupied. the shower reeks of mildew and has no exaust fan. breakfast I had at nine am consisted of waffles, scrambled eggs that had been soaking in water, the pastries and breads were out, and the cereal was stale. this room was not worth the price I paid and I will not be back.

"Will revisit when remodel is done."
Hotel was in the process of being remodeled. Front desk staff was excellent and have not complaints. The room was a bit smelly and was in need of a re-do. The lobby was in need of a re-do. Will look forward to seeing what the end result is. Parking was tight, but manageable.

Not bad, not excellent, probably 3 stars out of five. Bathroom smelled a little funky and not entirely clean. The sink drained very slow and was inconvenient. The accessible room was right off the lobby and was noisy. Breakfast was good and was out early. Bed was comfortable. Microwave and fridge convenient. Might stay here again, might not. Depends on the price.

"It was close to the airport"
We checked in around 10pm and checked out around 4:30am. We were there only to sleep a couple of hours. They offered shuttle to the airport, but not until 6am. My plane left at 6:15am. They also offered free breakfast, it started at 6am as well. So, I can only say that if you just need somewhere really close to the airport for an early morning flight this hotel worked.

"Very dirty, disappointing Country Inn"
I'll never pay up front for more than one night anywhere after this stay. I would've checked out immediately if I could. Halls were neglected, room was dirty and musty . Definitely not like other Country Inns I have stayed at before.

"Bad experience"
This was the worst time I have ever had at any hotel. Shower didn't work and we got no answers from the staff. The room smelled like a mans locker room. Hallways were unacceptable and dirty. I would rate this hotel as no stars.

"Good place to stay"
The hotel is currently under renovation. The room was nice and clean but had a odor. The shower did not work good the first night. I let them know at the front desk the next morning and they went and fixed it immediately. Overall the hotel was nice. I would stay there again. The breakfast was excellent.

"Needs remodeling to be complete"
I only stayed one night at this airport hotel. I arrived after 11pm and was treated well by the front desk clerk.. Bed was very comfortable and my wake-up call was placed on time. Breakfast was very good. Apparently some updating and remodelling is in progress which is sorely needed. Carpet was very stained, bath tub/shower water pressure terrible and towels really awful. I wish they had an airport shuttle.

"Country Inn Nashville - a hidden gem"
I war forced to stay an extra night in Nashville for work, and instead of checking back in to the rat trap I was in for the first two nights, I opted for this site, with the last room being available. The staff were very pleasant, and after leaving in the morning to go back to work, I was unable to check out on time, but the OD staff member, Brad, allowed me to come back and do a late checkout and even get a shower in even though it was well past late checkout time. I highly recommend this location as a good, viable hotel with very close proximity to the airport.

"Great overnight for airline travelers."
Our floor hallway was under renovation,fresh paint smell. Inside room clean, everything worked. Clerks exceptionally trained,pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast. Almost on airport property yet heard no air traffic. Would stay there again when flying.

"Strong scent in lobby."
The biggest problem I had was the smell of the floor cleaner in the lobby. It was so strong that it made it impossible to even sit down in the lobby to relax or eat. I heard other people commenting on it as well. In fact it gave me a head-ache.

We had two rooms in one room there was no closet door. There was hard wear on the wall for. In the second room there were stains on the carpet and sofa. There is not fan I'm the bathroom for when you take a shower. There was mold on the ceiling inside the shower because of this.

"Last minute booking!"
After leaving a previously booked hotel due to the filthy conditions, my friends and I found Country Inn and Suites through Hotels.com and we pleased with the nightly rate. Upon arrival the lobby was fresh and clean and very welcoming. As we went to our room, we could tell there were renovations going on and the place was getting a facelift so we ignored the taped on room numbers and missing baseboards. We had a great stay and outside of having only one mirror for a group of girls, we are sure the next time we stay at Country Inn and Suites, it will have an upgraded look and be even more comfortable. Worth the price.

"Airport convenience"
Staff was friendly and breakfast was great. Room needed updating, was dark and gloomy. There was also not enough space between bed and wall by the door to get luggage past.

"Semi.."
Good location when traveling to Music City. Hard to get in & out from since traffic is coming right off the interstate. NO hot water what so ever. Called the front desk only for them to say "Maybe you aren't turning the knob the right way!" Seriously? Hotel hallways smelt awful. Staff was super friendly upon check in. Breakfast was okay.. Hotel is in a good location despite the getting out onto the road. I may stay here again if they get the water hot & the hotel renovated.

Hotel in middle of renovation. Room was clean. A/C was loud. Halls were being renovated. Odd odor in halls.

"glad it was only one night"
bathroom sink drain had hair in it. Bathroom door would not open all the way, it hit the commode. No water pressure on the 4th floor. Fire alarm was hanging off wall by the wires. Bed was the worst I had ever slept in. Slept in a hole, felt like an old, old bed that needed to be replaced years ago. Kept tossing and turning and my body hurt by the time morning came. Would not stay there again.

"Okay for short stay"
It was okay for the price. The hallway to our room had a very weird smell. The lady that checked us in was nice, but hardly spoke to us.
