They staff went above and beyond to assist with any questions we had of the area ,and giving directions. The only downside was the shocker of a 200 dollar incidental deposit. We are seniors living on a disability and found that to be a bit much.

The hotel itself is nice and the people were friendly. Room was clean and in good shape. My only complaint is the noise. They seriously need to soundproof the rooms as you can hear every car up and down the highway all night with crystal clarity.

No crib in the room when the reservation included an infant. Hairs in the bathtub. Upon advising the desk clerk, his response was "uh huh." Had to request it be cleaned or tsf rooms. Hotel was clean and well maintained. When we needed to add an additional night to our stay there wasn't any problem and they gave us an even better rate. Only complaint was that the restaurant next door offered $2.00 off entrees, but you needed a coupon, which neither the hotel nor the restaurant seemed to have after we got the last ones. This hotel is just a few blocks from some friends of mine, so that is probably the major reason I stay there. I've been several times. The beds are a little too firm for me, but the place is clean and the staff is friendly. I always request a room in the back and so far my requests have always been honored. Room was adequate with 2 queens but no fridge for keeping anything cool for the 4 days booked. Room was freezing when entered and took good hour to heat with the AC/heat unit. Then when heat was supplied there was no middle setting - Cold or Blasting Heat, noisy fan meant no heat at night if one wanted to sleep. Ice machine on second floor with no […] elevator and thus unaccessible for people with mobility issues such as myself. Furthermore the designated coffee/breakfast area was down 4 steps (maybe a ramp towards the rear but a long way to go for what was essentially a non continental breakfast). The so-called continental breakfast was completely disappointing, Two bruised apples and several overripe bananas, coffee either not made or empty at the posted 7:00 am opening time, two blueberry muffins sliced in half - no whole ones of any type, a few dry looking donuts etc. etc. Never went back after first morning which was probably management's overall strategy. Absolutely what we needed after attending to details following a death in the family. Staff were friendly; room was clean and comfortable. "The Pantry" in the same building saved us from having to drive out for supper, and the breakfast was more than adequate.

Perfectly lovely, decent location. Our only complaint had nothing to do with the hotel. 8 am, kids running all over the place yelling at the top of their lungs. The hotel was a bit noisy but we did sleep. It is aging and should have a refurbishing within a year or two. The staff were very good but when we went for breakfast and then came back to finish the packing etc to leave, the housekeepers were there cleaning and they did not leave when we came into the room. We found this a bit bizarre.

The rooms were clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. It's quiet if you ask for a room away from the highway and on the top floor.

Although reserved well in advance, the room was very cool, and took considerable time to warm up. The room was on the back side of the motel, and therefore was extremely quiet.

Value for your money. Double queen size beds were nice. However, the parking was away from the building and nothing had been done to clear away or melt the slippery ice. When I mentioned it at the front desk, they informed me that management was aware of the problem but had not done anything about it. Not good.

WOW! I was very impressed by the extra little touches in our moderately-priced room, that made the experience feel more like staying at a High-End hotel! The room was decorated in an attractive contemporary style, with lovely art on the walls, comfy furniture, and modern accessories. Instead of the usual polyester bedspreads, we enjoyed natural linens, […] topped with down-filled blankets and cotton coverlets - how cozy and luxurious! The room had enough electrical outlets for us to plug in our two laptops and also charge our cell phones - very convenient! There was lots of hot water for showers and baths, and good water pressure! All of the above details, in addition to the advertised amenities, (coffee maker, iron, etc.), really enhanced our enjoyment of this hotel. Thanks Very Much, Quality Inn, for a great stay! me and four friends had a stag party down the street and stayed the night at the Quality Inn Maple Ridge the room was on the bottom floor looking out in to the parking lot which was ok for us. the room was clean and smelled clean. Two qween beds were comfurble and the kitchen/bath room was nice. a good 8 out of 10 hotel.
