"Service and cleanliness good - room temp horrible"
The staff/service was very good. The cleanliness and facilities was also very good. The heating/cooling system for the rooms needs to be addressed. Staying in February, we still had to either open the window or turn the air conditioner on so that the room wouldn't be too hot. We did not have any heat turned on and the room would still get way to hot. So then we had to open the window or turn the air conditioner on in order to cool it down. This was fine when awake, but when asleep it caused us to have to get up in the middle of the night to try adjust the temp. The room was either too hot or too cold all night.

"Very clean, small property"
Rooms were large and clean. Staff was very friendly. Common areas for breakfast and bar were accessible and inviting. Would recommend it for those in this area. We found good restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Close to highway.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, the shower was good, the TV remote had a 'sleep timer' function that I like, the breakfast provided was good with fresh fruit and other healthy choices. The only drawback was that the room was generating heat from somewhere. I had to sleep with the window open to get a comfortable balance for sleeping. The outside traffic noise was less than the air conditioner noise.

"Great for long term stay"
I spent a week here during a work related conference. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate, breakfast was hot and tasty -- with protein and fruit as well as breads and starch --- and the neighborhood felt safe. I will definitely stay here again.

Was greeted very nicely by the front clerk. Was able to check in before the check in time. But when we got to the room we noticed that there were what looked like blood stains on the curtains, pillows were very small, and there were also stains in the bathroom. The carpets in the hallways looked like they were hardly cleaned. Breakfast was the better part of our stay; they had a good variety of foods. Could use some more updates to the interior of the hotel.

Ich war für Zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel.Insgesamt hatten wir Drei Zimmer gebucht.Die Dame am Desk war nicht in der Lage die Zimmer auf einer Etage für mich und meiner Familie zu organisieren.Sie war sehr unfreundlich und unqualifiziert.Desweiteren war die Dame im Frühstücks bereich ebenfalls sehr unfreundlich.So ein verhalten kenne ich nicht von Fairfield Mitarbeitern.Ich habe eine Silber Elite Karte die ich nun an Merriott zurück senden werde weil ich damit abgeschlossen habe.Ich kann diese Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.Der Gast kann kein Fenster öffnen.das Frühstück war mehr als dürftig.Wenn das der neue Standard von Merriott sein soll....dann gute Nacht.Nie wieder in diesem Hotel....und kann nur jeden abraten es zu buchen.
