Basic hotel rooms, modern, bright and airy. Very good value for money. Friendly staff. Have stayed several times and will use it again. Only comment is that if you want to rise late in the day (or want to sleep due to jetlag, as we did on our first day) it is too noisy as you can hear the non-stop banging of doors, vacuuming etc., from around 8am through to the afternoon.

GREAT LOCATION!!! Price was extremely reasonable and it was just a block away from Albert Dock and some of the key sites. The room was small but very clean and modern, perfect for the one night that I was in Liverpool. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again...next time I visit Liverpool, which will be very soon!

This was a nice, spacious family-friendly hotel on the motorway. Great spot if you have a car, but not otherwise. Large indoor pool was a big hit with the 7 year old. Room was pleasant and comfortable and service was good. We were paying 50% more than a nearby travelodge and thought the service for price ratio was very good.

A great hotel to stay in, close to all shops, pubs and restaurants. Being in such a busy area thought it would be quite noisy but it wasnt and our room was to the front on busy street. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast in mornings was lovely. Would highly recommend staying here. Was our first time to stay, will definately book again

Very pleasant stay, saw some Beatles tribute bands & enjoyed sight seeing in Liverpool. Pleasantly surprised at your beautiful city. Hotel staff all very pleasant & attentive. 10/10

Hotel is situated right in the centre of liverpool so fanstastic location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa is lovely and the room was beatifully decorated. the price was really good and so was the breakfast. Overall i was really impressed and would highly reccommend.

on geting off the airport bus we only had to walk a few yards to the hotel.checking in was only a few minutes.reception staff were very approachable,room very clean as was bathroom and both cleaned every day.pool was of great advantage as i had my 9yr old grandson,vfery local to all shops would def stay there again
"I would not rush back - very disappointed"
The hotel is dated and is more like a Premier Inn very disappointing. Some of the reception staff need more training on how to deal with customers and general etiquette etc.. On booking a non smoking room we was allocated a smoking floor which was very smokey even in the corridors the room was tobacco fragranced - not pleasant. On asking for a room […] change we was informed we should have called to confirm our booking with the hotel! On changing rooms the air con did not work and the room smelt like urine we was moved again. In the third room the air con worked the first night and then did not work the next! Very frustrating we decided at this point to give up. You have to pay a £12 overnight parking fee to use a local car park. On a positive the swimming pool, sauna and steam are an adequate size and very clean, the leisure staff were very friendly and the bar staff very polite. The maintenance staff/concierge were very polite and really did their best to try to resolve the defective air con. Read more

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel was in good location. Parking on site would just liked to have known cost of parking beforehand. Hotel facilitles were brilliant, really enjoyed breakfast. Would definately stay again

Great Hotel. Staff excellent. Conceirge even went outside in the rain to get us a taxi! Room lovely & clean. Would definately recommend breakfast. Secure Car Parking. Really enjoyed our stay. A million times better than the grotty Adelphi!!

Ihave stayed at a couple of hotels in liverpool centre.This hotel was of poor standed to the other hotels.It is in the centre but be aware because of this it is really noisy,inside and out.the breakfast was not very nice poor qualitey.

I basically asked for and had it confirmed that I would have a double room. When I checked in and got to my room it was a twin. I called down to the reception to be told that they had no double rooms left and could do nothing for me. I find this incredible that I can book and confirm something and they dont provide it or offer be a discount or anything […] else! I am disgusted by this - you dont go into a restaurant and order streak, get fish and be expected to just put up with it coz they have ran out of streak. I am not a child and havent slept in a single bed for years. I'm very annoyed to be treated like this.. and wonder if Hotels.com or the Marriott will do anything about it. Read more

Very difficult to get to the hotel by car, due to the restrictive one way/ "buses only" road systems in Liverpool city centre. Sat Nav only takes you to a general area where you can see the hotel 100 yards away but can't get to it due to the above. Booked a double room for 1 night mid-week for my wife and I, and chose a great bargain upgrade deal for a penthouse Suite. Champagne and strawberrys. The service was exemplary and due to s slight delay in the room availability we were offered free upgrade a parking plus free drinks during the wait. The only added to a perfect stay. The rooms are clean […] comfortable and the hotel offers swimming pool / spa facilities. The location is ideal for shoppers and tourists alike, close to Liverpool One and Albert Dock. Just back from an overnight stay in this hotel and in my opinion it it has been the best hotel I have stayed in Liverpool to date. Modern, clean and close to all shops and bars. Will be returning in the furure.

Hotel and staff were very good. Very disapointed that I had to pay £12 to park my car. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never had to do this before. Overpriced! The room was expensive enough, but the hotel bar was a rip off and they wanted more for internet access in the room-most hotels would giv this for free especially when you have paid so much for th night. The decor looks like it has not been done since the 80s. There is definitely better value hotels in Liverpool city centre to stay in.

"Sentralt og komfortabelt"
Vi bodde en natt på hotellet i forbindelse med en fotballkamp i Liverpool. Beliggenheten var perfekt, du ser hotellet når du går ut av jernbanestasjonen, og det er kun en liten sparsertur ned til Liverpool One. Servicen var upåklagelig og rommene var flotte med gode senger å ligge i.
Et meget godt hotell som ligger sentralt i sentrum av Liverpool, kun et par minutters gange til gågaten med utallige shopping og restaurantmuligheter.

"førpåske guttetur"
8 glade herrer tok inn på hotellet i tre døgn førpåsken 2011. Svært fornøyd med beliggenhet. Store romslige rom, gode senger. Ingen sjenerende trafikkstøy tross sentral beliggenhet ved busstasjonen. Trivelig hotellbar.Mye for pengene! Ekstra pluss for den solide engelske frokosten som la et solid grunnlag for aktiviteter utover dagen.
