Great place for the price. Breakfast was good. Pool little cool but after in for a bit was fine. Place was in great shape. Few sheetrock repairs didn't look "professional" but were done to look better. Customer service was excellent.

I was optimistic of this hotel based on other reviews I had read but was fairly disappointed overall. The room itself was a good size and the bed was decent enough for a few nights sleep. The shower pressure was really low and hot water ran out within a few minutes. The breakfast was nothing great and I ended up skipping it after the first day. What […] really annoyed me, however, was that my room didn't get cleaned. On my first day I left the 'do not disturb' sign on my door (I usually only like to have my rooms cleaned every other day) and they left a note acknowledging they had been by and saw the sign. The next day I took the sign off the door and left for the day. I returned that night and nobody had come to the room. All my towels were still on the floor, garbage still in the cans, and bed unmade. I was thoroughly disappointed and likely won't return. Read more

We were disappointed from check in. From bringing given the wrong room from the one we booked to the WORST bed we have ever slept in. The the shower that sprayed all over the bathroom. The refrigerator that either froze all our food or didn't keep it cold at all.

We only stayed one night on route to another city. Our experience was very good for a 2.5 star hotel. Tumwater, WA is a very quiet town. Restaurants other than fast food are hard to find.

It was a very nice stay, and I stand by my number rating of an overall 5. i will say this; when I first arrived, there was nobody at the desk, only a sign that said "back shortly." I went outside, saw somebody through the window doing laundry, and wondered if this was the desk clerk. I got back about 20 minutes later, and still nobody at the desk, but […] this time there was also a bell, which I rang, and got prompt assistance. Good on your employees for working so hard, and I'm not criticizing them or your for their multitasking - but a better explanation and paging system might be in order. Keep those costs down, but don't keep people waiting! And I have to say breakfast was miserable most mornings. the first one was good, with the egg mcmuffin ingredients - but downhill after that. Those biscuits are not well served by being kept in a streamer, they are gooey and unappealing. One morning the waffle batter was thin and the waffle came out so wet and gooey in the middle it was nauseating, so I couldn't bring myself to eat those any more. by the final morning, I was down to bananas and coffee. At least do boiled eggs, it's hard to ruin them! Read more

Haley the front desk girl was awesome she looked up restaurants for us on her suggestion and printed us off directions. The room was very spacious 2 queens and a sofa bed for the two of us it was gigantic. Delightful setting among the trees, yet close to freeway access and sight seeing around Olympia. Finding food was a little challenge, especially a place to pick up a few items for the kitchenette. Overall, a lovely place to wind down after a long drive. Electronic connection for computer could have been better.

We had a 2 Queen room, traveled with two kids, ages 5 and 3. Unlike many other hotels, the Guesthouse had spacious rooms. Our room also had a couch (which looked like it might also be a pull out bed) which gave plenty of room for the kids to play without feeling like we were always on top of one another. The beds were uncomfortable, the water pressure was terrible. The bathroom faucet leaked and was difficult to shut off. They do accept pets and have a nice area to walk pets. The staff was friendly. i just think this property was too expensive for what you got.

Very convenient location. Right next to freeway so Olympia is only a 5 minute drive. It's also very close to town where restaurants and grocery stores are a short drive away. It's secluded and away from the noise of traffic and the town.

The hotel was adequate but it is aging and it shows it. The refrigerator in the room was not working and there was no one on-site to fix it. I was offered another room but was already settled so opted not to move. The front desk gal was very pleasant and helpful. Service is important but I would prefer to stay in a more modern/up-to-date facility.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast had a large selection including biscuits and gravy, pool and hot tub were clean and nice, bed was comfy, plenty of free parking, didn't get the room that I booked but staff worked hard to make sure I was happy. Great place for the price!!

It was a nice place to spend a night. We fit four guys in comfortably. Everything was working in our room and the breakfast was good, but simple. The only problem was that the pool was closed the first night, but open the next day.

We arrived late, after midnight, and were warmly greeted at the front desk. The room was ready with lots of towels and amenities. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was the usual 'comp' breakfast, but tasted better than most. It was a good location, and away enough from the highway noise, yet conveniently close to I-5 and Highway 101.
