the room key kepylt messing up we had to make a few trips to the front desk to get our key reactivated. also one day housekeeping never showed up so we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. the staff was super friendly it was just bad luck i guess. also at night there are some sketchy characters that hang out in the parking lot.

This hotel is in the south side of Jacksonville just off I-95, but not too close. The room was fine with the typical features, and breakfast was basic but acceptable. There is a free internet terminal in the lobby.

The room was very filthy. The A/C unit has debris...could not tell what exactly it was and built up. The shower had Mildew on ceiling around faucet and Tub. The pillows were very dirty and smells terrible. I would never stay at another Microtel.

Room was a little small but clean and comfortable. Hallways, stairwell and elavator smelled of smoke. Staff was not friendly. Hotel is very close to major roads and there is places to eat all around it.

Me and my husband loved the location! Walked to Applebee's and did karoake from 10pm-1am! Staff was very nice and room was very comfortable! Will be staying again real soon!

First off I booked the wrong hotel and received no help in switch to right hotel. This is definitely not the worse hotel but the next to it. It smelled liked drugs, patched up holes in walls, bathroom was dirty and waited 10 minutes before I was serviced because of shift swap.

This hotel was awful! As I was checking in some people that made me feel very uncomfortable were strolling in and out. As I walked in our room it had a bad smell, outdated tv etc., no toiletries in the bathroom, no iron. Needless to say, we didn't stay. Turned around and walked out. Never again will I stay at a Microtel.

I've watched this hotel go steadily downhill over the past several years. All other micro tells have maintained there rating so there is obviously something very wrong with the management of this specific location.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay..we had a suite and it was very nice...we will go back :-)...everything was 30 mins or less wherever we wanted to go and plenty of eating places very close to the hotel...walking distance...

Couldnt find anyone when needed. Staff didn't seem to care when they were at desk. Breakfast sucked. Holes in in bedding where someone had smoked before. Bath room wasn't clean. I will never stay there again. Someone needs to train staff.

Was expecting it to be just like other Microtels- this one was a HUGE disappointment. Will NOT stay here again. Mold in the ceilings above shower, room had musty/smelly odor. Blankets/sheets not fresh smelling.

The staff was very friendly. The room was small but, we did not spend much time in the room. Nice room and clean. The hallway had a bad smell I did mention it to the front desk. We would consider staying there again. The room rate was very reasonable.

When we arrived we soon found out that the photos on the site was photos of another Microtel Inn. The rooms were very nasty and dirty. Our beds had hairs all over them, and we went to the front desk to tell the clerk she offered to move us but we just requested sheets. The carpet was very nasty looking. One of our rooms had an iron burn. The pillow […] cases looked like someone had slept on them. They just looked plain dirty. The comforters had what looked like pee rings all over them and the brown comforter had holes in it. The rooms had no iron, fridge, or microwave. The breakfast didn't have half of the stuff that was on the brochure in the room. The rooms had an awful smell in them when we arrived. This location is nothing like the location we stayed in in Panama City. I will never stay at this motel again. The doors didn't hardly close you had to pull on them to make sure that they closed all the way. The bathroom overall was just disgusting. Bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned it. Read more

First of the all,the breakfast was disappointing.Then,upkept of the hotel was old fashion,it needs to be updated.The elevator sound like it had a bad reception radio playing somewhere in it.Last,we were rushed out our room so fast that we almost forgot our luggage.

I booked this room a few hours before we arrived, as we were just passing by and needed a place to stay for the night. I didn't look at any reviews until after I had booked it, and then I became worried based on others comments. I was surprised that it better then what I thought it would be. The area is quiet and seems to be nice with lots of restaurants. […] We booked two rooms, and both were fine. They were a little older and worn a little, but two rooms here was less than one room at most other places, so I feel this place is a good vlaue for the money. My family and I were not satisfied with our stay at the Jacksonville location. We were coming down from West Virginia and decided to stay at a Microtel. We had just stayed at the Microtel in Buckhannon, WV and it was wonderful. However, this location had No breakfast, front staff were somewhat unpleasant and unaccommodating. Bed linens were old, washed […] out and smelled. Decor was outdated. There were also some undesireable shanging around the hotel. The front desk made a copy of our license upon checkin. I did not like that and asked for my license copy back. I personally saw the police at the location three times in one evening. I only could bear to stay there one night. It was late and we had been traveling and I had made the reservation online when I was in WV. I guess this location was $30 cheaper for a reason. It was really substandard. first room room was dirty....hair on bed, straw on the floor, dirty torn carpet...gave me another room which was only marginally better....don't stay....hallways and stairwells super nasty....

The front desk receptionist was outside smoking a cigarette talking to someone in a car and had me wait 5 minutes until she felt "ready" to check me in. She was very unprofessional and rude. Both of the side doors were broke, so anyone can come in and out of the hotel. As I walked upstairs to my room, there was urine in the hallway and cigarette buds. […] It absolutely reaked of urine in both stairwells. My room was dingy and run down, the sheets and comforter was dirty. It had stains on both. there were stains and marks on the walls. The bathroom seemed clean until i saw the dingy white towels. Absolutely disgusting! I would never stay here gain. Read more
