Great Hotel. Yes, it's on the interstate but it's not that noisy. Aren't most hotel chains on the interstate? Parking was a little tight - but we were in a 12 passenger van. This is my second visit, it has been consistently clean, courteous staff, and central location. The breakfast is complete with hot eggs/ sausage, etc. vs. some of the other motel chains.

The hotel was older and so the upholstery, carpeting and bedspread are dirty and stained. The room had remnant smells of smoke from (presumably) whenever this was a smoking hotel. The location is convenient to the highway and area attractions. But, the immediate area has nothing arround it and is not a walkable place. Very easy to get to, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff very nice and efficient. The neighborhood was not the greatest, but I suppose that's to be expected downtown right off the interstate. We had no problems, though. I would definitely recommend staying there!

The only thing that didn't work was the heat lamp in the bathroom, the continental breakfast was the best I've seen, and the area to sit in was well laid out.

I booked this room based on being downtown and having a restaurant. It is neither. It across the Interstate from downtown and is on the fringe of a bad neighborhood. There's no restaurant even on that side. You can take the shuttle to the one restaurant or to downtown but that's not quite the same. The staff was very friendly though.

Upsides: the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was hot and included sausage and bacon and eggs, the location is a short drive (don't try to walk it) to River Market and the Presidential Library. Easy access to I-30. We traveled to Little Rock from Las Vegas for a friend's destination wedding. This hotel is very clean, and everything looks brand new (brand new bathroom and large t.v.). The staff were so kind and helped us wtih all of our requests (we had a wedding cake and tons of luggage!) Convenient to Verizon Arena but there is not much around hotel (restaurants, stores, etc). Area appeared to be commercial area with some blight. Hotel itself was nice and clean but shuttle service ends at 10pm so if you attend any event at the Verizon Arena that begins in the evening, you will be paying for a cab to get back to hotel.

Was very disappointed in our visit. The hotel seemed to very cheap on extras that hotels and motels now offer as standard. Pay extra for a room with microwave and minifrig. Their breakfast was fine but they changed serving times and did not tell customers. We were there for the ATA World competition. Saturday was breakfast from 6am to 10am. We were disappointed in the location of the hotel which was further from the river front area and the Clinton Library than we anticipated and too close to interstate 30. We would have preferred to stay at one of the hotels closer to the library and river front and one not right on noisy I-30.
