Pros: Love the morning buffet (changes daily) and the M-Th happy hour w/ free food, beer wine. Our 1 bedroom suite was clean and spacious. Had all the necessities one would expect in an extended stay hotel. Cons: The hallways creak and I could hear the people walking above me. The pillows aren't super comfortable. From beginning to end, our experience with Hyatt House was amazing!! The two people we encountered at the front desk were prompt to what we needed. Our room was very clean. I loved the mini kitchen furnished with everything we needed. I loved the King size bed and overall, EVERYTHING about our stay!!

Only negative is that the icemaker in the room was off and it takes a long while for it to make any ice. There are no ice machines available in halls. Asked at front desk and they said they would send someone down with ice. It took a long while and we were about to leave when they arrived. I had a great time at this hotel. Truthfully this was a better experience than another Hyatt hotel I stayed in last month. But, there is room for improvement. Inside the room the TV is next to a study table. This is very distracting. Me and my wife stayed in the room she wanted to watch Olympics and I had some paper work we could not do both at the […] same time. Suggestion. TV should be flexible to be turned around and someone should be able to watch TV on bed. Towels are made from the cheapest materials. I used then and all my hair and face turned "White". Please change these towels. Lastly is the garage. First need to change the access gate. It opens so close when you are driving in for big vehicle (Suburban) it may hit the hood. The space to turn (when driving from the front) is so small I needed to turn twice before I could access the gate. The hotel is in a great location, close enough to downtown, but just far enough that it's not hectic. The staff was great, after checking in we realized we needed a crib so as we left we asked for one and upon our return for the evening it was waiting for us in the room all made up. The room/hotel was very well kept. There is a parking garage attached […] which is great to ensure your vehicle is secured with access from each floor. Our room had everything and more than we could have imagined having. Small kitchenette with everything including the sink, disposal unit, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, apartment fridge. We took our infant daughter only but when we return our room will more than suffice as it came with a king bed and small sectional sleeper as well. It was great! We stayed at the Hyatt house for 2 nights while we were getting some remodeling done at our home in Dallas. We loved that it had a kitchen and a DVD player so we could do our usual Friday routine of renting a movie and getting a bunch of snacks.

I chose this hotel based on location and price. I was attending a conference Downtown and this was an easy on-off to from my conference. I was disappointed with the overall appearance of the room. 2 of the 4 pillows on the bed appeared stained, even dirty. The couch was very stained and needed to be cleaned. I used the workout room one morning and was […] disappointed to find only 2 treadmills, 1 bike and 1 elliptical. Fortunately it wasn't too busy. We lady at the front desk was great. Very nice! The room was very clean, and the location was great. Very close to the mall, great places to eat, movies, etc. The only problem we had were the pillows! They are way too big! I am learning to bring my own. Other than that, we had a terrific time. We will stay here again.

We had a great stay there. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Do not get the King Studio Suite as it is not comfortable with the couch and TV at awkward viewing positions. We have stayed in the King Suite before and it is a much better room. I also would not reserve too much in advance, as the prices had dropped after we had reserved the room.
