Overall, it was okay for the price. It was great for location for my needs, halfway between Barnhart and downtown St. Louis. Right at the intersection of 55 and 270 worked out well, and Lindbergh Blvd. has plenty of restaurants and shopping so one doesn't have to go far to get needed things while traveling and a good meal. The comfort was a bit discouraging. […] The bed was pretty hard with flat pillows. And the ice machine was down the hall a couple of doors but it sounded like it was right in the room which wasn't too much fun when someone gets ice after we went to sleep. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke a bit, but that could be bad hotel guests causing that, or a smoking room converted but not cleaned of the smell. If you are looking for saving money for other parts of your trip, this isn't too bad of a choice, just be prepared to ask for extra pillows and in my case a remote control for the TV, which the staff at the desk provided upon request. It was a last minute booking and I should have read other reviews. However, the "jacuzzi" is a tub with a couple of jets.... Also there no shower so that was inconvenient. Room was clean and tidy. We had problemws finding outlets to use for our phone chargers and laptaop. It was disappointing since those are common everyday items. The beds were more on the line of ultra firm and although I had some discomfoirt in my hips my girlfriend experience major problems in all of her joints and lower back. Since we were in a non […] smoking room, she got up to smoke and streth the sore spots often. When she was coming back into the lobby, about an hour before the posted start of the continental breakfast, she asked the staff about some coffee. The staff member replied they would not be able to start the coffee until the posted time. In our past experiences, there was always coffee either avilable in the lobby or with a in-room coffee pot. Honestly for the money there isn't a better deal on a hotel with secure entrances that serves breakfast. It was inconvenient when I had to have my room keys reprogrammed after the first night. My main complaint is that the mattress was cheap and hard on the back. It was hard to find GPS was useless but I just looked for the Bob Evans since everyone mentioned that and found the service road that takes you to it. My phone didn't work but who cares if you have a cell phone. Breakfast was good and the service was great. I had 3 rooms and my guests had no trouble checking in.

i got a really great deal on this booking so we thought we would give them a try. after our gps told us 3 times to make a legal u turn we finally found the place. and once we did it was great. this was a roadtrip with the family and the first place we stayed at did not have a pool, so the kids were looking forward to their pool and they did not disappoint. […] it was a very good place to relax afte hours on the road. our reservations were not in the computer when we got there but the front desk lady was a TOTAL professional. got all my info and id and just checked me in and got us to the room and the kids to the pool. later on my kids were dying to sample some of st louis's famous barbque and again the front lady desk came to the rescue. not only did she reccomend a place but she googled it and got us the address and phone number in case we had problems finding it. breakfast in the morning was great and refreshing and the check in and out process was smooth and seamless. will definatly go back and stop here again and tell all my friends and family. had no problelms( once i found the place). I was overall satisfied with the hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel kept up an maintained. The hotel was difficult to get to from the interstate when we first got there. We did here people going down the hall when they were going to or leaving there room, but they were fairy quiet. When calling the front desk, my husband was informed that they did not have a curfew but they would probably settle down in a few minutes. After a while they did, but then it got worse. THey opened up there door and was what seemed to be like they were having a party in the room. They had their door open wide and was doing the same thing all over again and then playing music loudly. After complaining again, we were informed that others had complained. Finally they were informed that if they did not calm down and quiet down they would be kicked out of the hotel. biggest issue is getting to hotel using Garmin GPS( maybe all GPS units). You cannot access Hotel from, the BLVD address and this was very frustrating the frirst two times I tried. Hotel itelf is fine, there is a bit of traffic noise.
