The first thing I noticed was the overwhelming smell of disinfectant. The bed was tiny. The room looked well-worn. There were extension cords used. The electrical box feeding the AC unit looked dangerous. I made the mistake of walking around on the carpet in my stocking feet for about an hour. I took my socks off and they were filthy - no exaggeration. My final destination was another city a few hours away and had stopped here late in the afternoon for some sleep. Because of the smell of disinfectant and the noisy parking lot, I never got to sleep. I ended up leaving at 2:30 in the morning and drove on. I'd rather sleep in my car than stay here again.

good room for the money. have read reviews that stated carpet was dirty, but my room was fine, they may have redone the carpet. it was good for the money, i work weekends in the area and will be staying there again

Me and my daughter really enjoyed the room and the swimming pool!! With the police being there 24/7, me and my daughter felt really safe that night we stayed there!! I would go again--for the price we paid!!

Near the airport, bed and pillows very comfortable. Blanket could use improvemet. Bath area really clean, but the carpet really needs replacing. Concret would be a step up! Feels really nasty, had to rewash feet and put shoes on. Needed really good vacumn and carpet cleaning. Other than the carpet it was a ok place. Would tell friends with no kids, and if they just needed a place to crash for the night. Not as bad as some and not a good as some for the price. Would use again if needed.

The rooms need to be updated. The tile in the bathroom was old and pieces were chipped or missing. The rug was filthy. White socks turn black very quickly when walking in the room with out shoes. They don't have fitted bed sheets so the sheets don't stay on the mattress at all. Towels are very thin and always had to ask for extra towels.

The room just wasn't in good shape. Especially the shower. And the location is halfway up an interstate ramp, so it was pretty hard to find at first.

The hotel was a little hard to find. The front desk clerk was friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only real problem we had with the room was that the toilet kept running after being flushed. We had to turn the water off in order to sleep. For the cost it was fine. We would stay there again.

Not a very nice place to bring your family. Only stayed because I needed to be close to the airport and I could take care of myself. Will not return, even alone.

It was a little difficult to find, but not impossible. The room was neat. The bedspread had some burns in it. They put me in a smoking room to begin with, but fixed it quickly when I told them I had booked a non-smoking room. since the price was very inexpensive, I wasn't expecting the Taj Mahal. It was a fine hotel for the price. Not the best I've ever stayed in, but far from the worst.

Service was good, water was hot.... showers are important to me. Very convenient to the airport. However, some glitches with bathroom sink draining slowly and though listed as having free WIFI it was difficult to get on it... could have been due to rainy weather.

My stay at the masters inn i26 was to say the least horrible.The place shoud be condemed it was filthy the tub was so nasty I could not bathe.The bedspread was dirty and full of holes.I didnt sleep well because there were roaches crawling over my head.The attendant said to me we spray for bugs.It should be some sort of standards to rent a room in that condition. needless to say I wont go back there nor would I recommend that anyone elese would.I tried to contact the Manager several times but he was never available.the attendant told me if i was looking for a refund I was not going to get it.I have addressed this problem with their corporate office and have not heard anything from them.Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We needed a cheaper hotel for a late night arrival and early morning departure. The beds were OK, some holes in the sheets. The ac unit was quite loud, but we did sleep. Lighting could have been better. I did feel secure and there was no evidence that it was a bad area.

The lodging is good if you want to stay in the Columbia for a few days for a true discounted rate. There are no walking distance entities nearby. The great Barbeque place is very near.

it was very difficult locating the hotel coming off of the interstate. Need more visible signs with directions. other than that the hotel staff was very friendly, the room was neat.

Air-heat unit needed repair-was filthy. Cobwebs!! Carpet so dirty it was "sticky". Bathroom so small sink was not in it! Dry wall cracked many places. Mildew in bath, cieling "peeling" I did not use them but the drawers were broken and wouldn't shut all the way. Stuff had been spilled down the front of them. Appeared to be a bad area. I almost kept on driving but had a prepaid reservation. Felt unsafe to go to car at night.Desk person said police patrolled it. Had to have ID on dashboard. Make sure auto is locked!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Generally very "run down". They should have paid me to stay there. The desk person was very nice.

This Hotel was dirty and right next to a very busy highway, kids running back and forth on the outside hall no one stopped them, I'm saying 3:00am and one stopped them. The bathroom floors were very bad, beds very hard, the noise was so loud I will never go there again. Never a Masters Inn any were again.

I have stayed at more expensive hotels that wernt as good as this one. This is def not anything fancy but it was great for a quick buisness stay. For such a cheap price I wasnt expecting a decent bed, clean room and awesome water pressure but thats what I got!

Not an outstanding hotel. cell block 1-star style. The A/C was not great, but good enough for the one evening we were there. But was low price, on the way to my destination.
