Relatively not bad, but it would be better if they serve free trolly pass for transportation around Waikiki. It is required to keep clean the airconditioner.

This is a motel with a nice lobby. The rooms are extremely dated and slightly skeevy (rugs, bathroom,etc). Breakfast costs $10 (not worth it). I stayed here during a 16 hour layover on my way to Asia, and this is the only reason I'd ever recommend staying here. It's a $35 cab ride to/from the airport. Great location for shopping, bars, and restaurants. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. AC kept the room nice and cold. Got this room to avoid drink driving. I would stay here again. In fact, I stayed an extra night.

Everything was great here. I especially liked the balcony view we had. The room was very clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The television in our room was a little dated, but since we didn't go on vacation to watch television it didn't matter too much. I liked it. I didn't expect a lot but slept well in the big rooms. We had two beds with two different mattresses so we chose the one that was more comfortable. Valet parking was 23$ a day by professional staff. The room is outdated but who cares. We asked for an ocean view and were able to see the fireworks on Friday night. The room isn't really great, but its comfortable and is a good place to lay your head. The security was very helpful with bags and directions. Everyone was really pleasant. We stayed in a resort in Maui prior coming to Oahu, so I had high expectations. Its affordable and close to most things walking distances of a few minutes.

The hotel in a Convient location. The shuttle pick up from the hotel which is great. The cleanliness is poor. The furniture is old the Decore have covers on it. They don't serve complimentary breakfast, food not worth the price.

The room is very clean but has this 60's old look; the carpet is brown, the faucets are worn, the beds have thin cheap blankets instead of bedspreads. again, it is very clean. I left my eye cover in the hotel room, called 2 days later, never got it back.

The cost of the Hotel did not reflect the condition or cleanliness. I wore my shoes in the room so i did not have to touch the carpet. The location and staff were ok, but the pool was a joke. I did find the buisness center useful.

The bathtub didn't drain properly, you had to shower quickly or drown. The A/C didn't run properly, it sounded like it was dying. The lobby was impersonal as well as the staff. We had to scream over the bar music while we were checking in. The location was good and was within walking distance to the beach.

Hotel was OK, definitely worth the low price (there was a 60% off deal at the time). Parking is extra, and internet is extra, and so is the room safe. Room was clean but furniture was old, TV was not LCD, but a big old box. Bathroom was old, but was still clean, it had a hair drier. There was large mini fridge and an ice machine on 8th floor. No microwave. […] The only remark we had was that they didn't change our sheets even once over an 8-night stay. They just made our beds with same old sheets. Location is great, ocean view rooms are great, because there's no other buildings to block your view, there's a nice park in front. There's a convenience store and a bar on the first floor. This hotel was way overpriced and sorely in need of some updates and perks. The ONLY decent part was the staff was nice and the location was okay. This did not make up for the 70s decor. The bathrooms were tiny with fixtures that were cool 3 decades ago! I asked for a king bed room and got 2 double beds that weren't very comfortable. The A/C was a wall […] mounted unit that was off when I walked in making the room about 85 degrees. Being that I was on business, Wi Fi was very important and I had to pay $10 per day and it wasn't even free in the lobby! Lastly they charge $19 a day for parking and offer valet only, making you feel required to tip the valet every time even though you have no other option. Not a nice place. To be fair, I'm not sure if the problem was with the hotel itself, or Expedia. I've used Expedia numerous times in the past, and was always satisfied. I've been to this hotel once before & was impressed. Granted, I was in one of the penthouse rooms last time. Anyways, the problem I had on this experience was that my booking was for a room with 1 king […] sized bed. But, when we checked in (at 4pm in the afternoon) & got to the room, it had 2 double beds. So, we went back downstairs to the front desk & told them about the mistake (again, we were being fair not to blame the hotel, but possibly due to Expedia). In any case, they said there were no available rooms with a single big bed...other than the penthouse rooms, which will be significantly more $$ per night. They offered to just refund our money if we wanted to go somewhere else. We had already planned our activities, and getting a new room somewhere else would just be 1) more expensive and 2) very inconvenient...so, we just stayed. They said they'll try to see if they can get something for the next night. The next day, as promised, they called to say something else opened up, so we can move. Well, we decided it was more trouble than its worth to pack up everything & move...so we asked if they could somehow compensate us otherwise (my suggestion was taking care of our parking bill)...they said "no".
