Great hotel, the hot tub was a bit of a disappointment it was not hot. They put a charge/deposit on my card when I checked in without asking. Other than that everything was nice. No shuttle service was available, bu everyone was very helpful.

point positif : Nous avons demandé à prendre la chambre plus tôt et l'hôtel a trouvé une solution. Restauration : Possibilité d'être servi rapidement : personnel à notre service Points négatifs : Pas de baggagiste, la zone de déchargement est constamment encombrée de véhicules (même la place handicapée). Restauration moyenne : les plats sont presque froids même si le poisson est frais. Rapport qualité / prix au global pas satisfaisant.

idéalement situé avec le plus pour se détendre le soir grâce au Spa petit déjeuné excellent avec du vrai jus d'oranges attention à la situation de sa chambre si elle est située près de l'espace bar et qu'il y a une fête le soir on risque également de profiter de l'ambiance

localisation idéal au sein de la vieille ville d'aix un accueil chaleureux et efficace un jardin au calme avec une grande piscine accès à des services de relaxation ( hamman, bain à remous, sauna) un hotel mértant mieux que ses 3 etoiles

Sentral plassering med gangavstand til det meste av byaktiviteter. flott avskjermet uteanlegg med bademulighet hvor lunsjen kan nytes i badekåpen. Hotellet anbefales for en kombinasjon av sløving ved poolen om formiddagen og byliv om kvelden.
