This Novotel had a touch of class with the nice light wood in rooms and the dining area, etc. This is one of the best, if not best Novotel's I've stayed in within Europe. Rooms were large especially for European standards. Friendly and professional staff too.

Somewhat hard to find off the beaten tracks. Typical old German, family owned and operated hopitality. Not very fancy room, but great breakfast and friendly service. We enjoyed the stay.

Interior of hotel much nicer than the exterior. Very large, clean, and comfortable room. Parking garage was just behind hotel and convenient. We were only there for one night. I would return and would recommend it to friends.

Hotel was very clean and the room comfortable, (this is not top of the line luxury, but it's very nice). Staff pleasant, English speaking. Good breakfast buffet included. I don't believe there is AC in this hotel, but I had meanwhile bought a fan anyway (called "ventilators" in German, and you can buy them for 18E at Saturn stores). I rented a car, so my strong advice is to go w/ a good GPS system and program your addresses in before you leave, and it will save hours of frustration trying to find your hotel - and other places as well. No a/c or free internet in the lobby, but there is a starbucks nearby. We couldn't sleep with the windows open because of the neon lights across the street. The room had a weird smell, and the shower was tiny. Hot water was lacking. Breakfast was minimal but was fine. The location of the hotel was great.

ho usufruito della camera singola perfetta pulita per chi vuole la tv quella che c'è è un po piccola, forse la colazione un po scarsa non c'erano neanche le brioche nel complesso comunque buono a dimenticavo io ero in moto ho parcheggiato e non me lo hanno fatto pagare molto gentili

おとぎ話の町のような綺麗な町並みの中心部の外れにある。駅から町の中央通りであるカイザーヨーゼフ通りに出て、フリードリッヒ通りとの交わる付近にある。路面は、石畳なのでスーツケースの車輪は大きく頑丈でないと壊れる可能性があるので注意。ホテルは小綺麗で、従業員の対応がよく、朝食もおいしい。ひとつ問題なのが、ホテルの周りが若者の集まるところになっているらしく、朝方まで話し声が聞こえ、すこしうるさいことか。しかし、駅の周りのホテルはさらに人通りがありうるさく、山側のホテルは、鳥のさえずり声がうるさいので、このホテルあたりが最もいいのでは。

Blöde lage da direkt unter Unserem Zimmer der EDEKA Markt ist war der Ladenverkehr bis 22 Uhr zu hören. Wer also früh schlafen geht sollte es besser nicht buchen.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Es war super ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage. Frühstück war sehr reichlich, jede Menge verschiedene Teesorten, alles was das Herz begehrt. Super fanden wir, dass das Auto noch länger in der Tiefgarage stehen bleiben durfte. Kommen gerne nochmals in das Hotel zurück.

The only thing missing in this hotel was the possibility to warm either some warm water or tee. They had a coffee machine at the reception but the option to be able to make oneself a tea would just be the peak to all.

Hotel sehr gut , aber das Einzelzimmer viel zu klein. Ein Tag wurde vergessen das Zimmer zu reinigen. sehr umständlich die Handhabung mit Wertsachen , da Tresor nur über die Rezeption in Anspruch genommen werden konnte und dies zu Wartezeiten führte
