"Only close hotel in center of Plymouth.."
.. and that's why we chose it. It's just a few yards away from Mayflower II and a variety of food places. The price is fair and everything you need is offered (pool, breakfast, etc). Would book again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

About all I can say is the location was perfect but the hotel itself was in dire need of repair and updating.Genuine Expedia guest review
It was the 2nd stay in less than two weeks and it was very pleasant. We had a room overlooking the water and evenings were great watching the boats come in and out and kids swimming in the small pool and people walking everywhere....Will be back by Laborday.Thank you......Genuine Expedia guest review

Had been looking for somewhere to stay but surprised at how expensive Plymouth was. Found this place and thought the rates were reasonable so booked the only room choice available at the time - room with two double beds. On check-in I asked if we could have a king bed and they did for no extra cost. The staff were so friendly and gave really good restaurant […] advice. The location is perfect only a short walk from the mayflower and pilgrim rock. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great location near everything on the water front"
Older motel in need of a make-over but we choose this motel because of its location and knew we would not spend much time in the room. Just needed a place to clean up and get a good nights sleep and his room was just fine for that. Price was right considering the area. Parking was difficult but it was the same all over the water front.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"My Wonderful Stay at the Bradford Inn--Plymouth"
My stay at the Bradford Inn & Suites from 6/13-6/15/2014 in Plymouth Mass. was absolutely wonderful! There was a problem with my reservation via Expedia and the gentleman at the front desk put my mind at ease and secured my family and I a room. It was very clean and quiet and the beds definitely were comfortable. The housekeeping crew was great. There […] was a very nice continental breakfast and the staff could not have been friendlier and nicer--everyone had a smile! I will be looking forward to booking again with the Bradford and will suggest this inn to everyone I know. Thanks so much! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great location, average otherwise"
Great location close to Plymouth Rock. Perfect for a one night stop, to walk to the mayflower II Plymouth Rock, and to see the harbor. Also close to restaurants. Wonderful and helpful staff. For example, my wife needed to send a fax back to her work, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are average. Clean but nothing fancy.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Seafront location - Simple lodging"
No frill here, but clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent location make this a good budget option.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My hotel room was gross they tried to repaint the ceiling and used a two different colors the walls had wall papering covering tht was thrown on to cover what was already on the walls (no prep for presentation)...bathroom was decent but not a shower you would ever want to take a bath in... The bed had a plethora of hairs tht looked like pubes in it […] along with dirt and other black things... It was so bad that my girlfriend slept in her bridesmaids dress... This hotel looks great from the outside but is terrible on the inside!!! When confronted in the morning about the hairs in the bed they told me they couldn't refund me because I booked through hotels.com.... Do not stay here! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"even though it is close to attractions,,,,,, ,"
A basic room. Lighting not very effective. Comfortable beds. Had some difficulty with the door lock. Website mentions breakfast. It was the most spartan continental breakfast I have ever experienced. Would not stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Can't beat the location, or the waffles!"
Rooms were clean, but a bit run down. The staff were great, very helpful. The location can't be beaten (almost opposite the Mayflower II) with free parking while you are in Plymouth. The breakfast was adequate, though the waffles were amazing. Overall it was good for a nightGenuine Expedia guest review
The staff was above and beyond - very professional, very pleasant, very helpfulGenuine Expedia guest review
The location and price of the hotel are great. Obviously it is less expensive because it is an older hotel. It's clean enough and good if you're looking for a place to crash for a day or two. The room is older and stuffy, possibly could cause issues with people who have allergies. If I was staying for a full week, however, I would stay somewhere ni […] cer/newer. "your on vacation...its a room"
Bradford is perfectly fine. clean and comfortable. went during dead season. when im on vaca i need a place to sleep that is convenient and that is about it. no bells. no whistles. i visit attractions that are close and have fun. this place met all my needs. what little interaction i had with the staff, they were courteous and friendly. i will say the […] walls/floors are a little thin (walking noises). plymouth is very nice, locals are very friendly. prices around town are SUPER reasonable and not tourist trap rake you across the coals. love'd this place for a few days, but that is all you need to see everything in the vicinity. have fun!!! "Perfect Location on the Harbor"
Room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from our balcony of the Harbor, Plymouth Rock and The Mayflower right across the street. Everything is within a 2 block radius. Walk to shopping, dining and dancing. Great location!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The Inn is a little worn out and could use some tlc. My main problem was 2 middle aged women were placed next to a noisy, crying child. We could not sleep through the night due to this crying child, and was woken earlier than we wanted by a women yelling at a child while the child was crying loudly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great stay highly recommend"
People were extremely friendly and curtious. Amenities were up to par and they are in the stages of updating and you never felt like you were walking into a construction site. Place is beautiful and scenery is even better.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"It is fine"
This is Cape Cod MA people. Don't expect much. People want to come here, it is a huge destination spot. Therefore, over charging, old furnishings, musty rooms are the norm in this area unless you are ready to fork down A LOT of money to rest your head. We rarely spend more than the sleeping time in our room. We are too busy else where, seeing the sights, […] doing things. I don't go on vacation to sit in a hotel room. Other than that, the Bradford Inn was clean, EXCELLENT location, the hotel staff was super nice and a great view!! We enjoyed our stay and possibly go back in the spring for an overnight stay! "Waterfont, Close to plymouth rock and night life."
Great location but the actual hotel is a bit outdated and needs some TLC. Our specific room along with others in our group had many of the same issues. Toilets wouldnt or didnt flush, doors were hard to close, sinks wouldnt drain..etcGenuine Expedia guest review
"Within walking distance of Plymouth Rock"
The view of the harbor from my room was spectacular. Easy walking distance to Mayflower II and Plymouth Rock, even on arthritic knees. I would stay here again if I am in the area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The first room, after checking in, before going to the airport, smelled like old cigarette smoke embedded into the furniture and the walls of the room, although, it was listed as nonsmoking room. The second room, which I had to accept, smelled like cleaning chemicals, although my ability to smell is somewhat poor. All rooms apparently have no means […] of external ventilation, for fresh air, other than the room entrance. The first night, after returning to the motel with my fiancée, who wanted to call her mother, that she arrive safely in the United States, the motel phone service, for our room was turn off. This problem was correct the following morning, which should have been correct when I obtain the room. The room was obtained in the off season, and there is no excuse for this non-profession behavior. Because, the motel lobby close at 9:00 pm, for the night, there was no why to correct this problem immediately. Luckily, the motel had wireless internet services, and she was able to contact a friend, to notify her mother. The second night, when we return to our motel room, after 9:00 pm our room was in the same condition when we left the room, early that morning, unclean and no clean towels. Again, after talking to hotel management, the problem was correct the following day. Therefore, the days were warm enough to help air out the room in the morning, before leaving the motel and in the evening, after returning to the motel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"across the street from our activities"
The local area was great, which is why we went there. We had been to Plymouth three times before with friends and really enjoyed it. Going onto the "Mayflower"and seeing the "Rock". Our visit to the area was a very rewarding experience except for our stay at the Bradford Inn. The room above us made noise from 2am-6:45am. The house phones were turned […] off and made it impossible to contact the management.I went down to the Office and it was Dark-nobody was there. Using my Cell we called the number on the door for security and it went to voice mail with NO return call. Upon check out the desk clerk stated that she was sorry but could do nothing about it. Once we arrived back home I contacted the Management and they assured us (after 4 calls back & forth) that they would "Make it right" for us. It has been 8 days and we have heard nothing. Not surprising! Upon getting ready to leave the Inn we discovered we had NO bath towels only hand towels and face cloths. No service yet from the Inn as they did not open until 8am. The stay as this Inn was VERY disappointing and really spoiled what could have been a Great get-a-way. We will not stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very outdated but bed was comfortable."
The hotel was very outdated but the bed was comfortable. It was quite a surprise to us that there was no one at the desk through the night. The location was good - walking distance to most things we wanted to see and just across the street from the ocean.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hotel across from ocean"
When you sat down on the toilet it moved. There were large patches of mildew in the shower. The bath towels were very small. The tub did not drain. Thank goodness we only had to stay one night! Originally booked two.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice short visit to Plymouth"
We stayed over night after visiting Plimoth Plantation and the Mayflower II and before our flight home. We found the room spacious and comfortable, the only thing missing for my wife was a hair drier. We had rooms to the street with harbour view for additional $10 which was ok for us, but you cannot sit there and watch the harbour because everybody […] reaches his room from the balcony. The breakfast is "continental" self-service which means that you prepare anything yourself. The coffee was a bit thin and there is nothing fresh available, but is ok to keep you running the first half of the day. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice waterfront view for cheap"
You get what you pay for. The rooms are the cheapest in town for a nice waterfront view. The building is rather old, beaten on, and could use some renovation. The room smelt of musty smoke upon entering but we kind of got use to it. I was a little upset that the toilet had not been flushed prior to us obtaining the key. Made me weary of the cleaniness. […] The interior was outdated but included a flatscreen tv and free wifi. I would consider staying again if I was going to spend most of my time out on the town and just needed a place to rest my head..but most likely would rather spend another $50 elsewhere for something nicer. "Good location, but needs work..."
Although the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had hairs on the tiled shower wall. Also, bare bones amenities were offered: shampoo and soap only. No shower cap, towels were small--I had to use almost all of them to get dry!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Overlooking the Mayflower"
My wife and I came up to Massachusetts to attend a wedding. Since we had stayed in Plymouth before and it was convenient to the location of the event, we decided to stay again. The motel was only OK as far as the physical plant was concerned, but the view from our third floor room overlooking the harbor made it all worth while. If you can overlook some […] of the limitations of the condition of the place, the location was fantastic and the staff (with the limited contact we had) was very nice. We could definitely recommend the motel for the location and the view. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"we liked it"
We didn't expect much with the low review, but we had a great stay. We were offered an upgrade to harbor view for $10, and it was worth it. They let us check out late so we could come back from a triathlon and take a shower. There was a good restaurant in walking distance. Very accommodating.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Customer is always wrong"
Booked this hotel on-line because of its location to the waterfront, but also because pets are allowed. I indicated at that time that we would have dogs with us. Upon checking in, we were offered an 'upgrade' by a friendly young man to a room with a view of the waterfront for and extra $10. We accepted. When we checked out the next morning, we brought […] our dogs in to the lobby whereupon a stern staff person asked us if we had told the night staff about our dogs. Since we had indicated on-line that the dogs would be present, I said that we had not. Staff scolded us for not doing so, said we were placed in a non-smoking room (which I had also requested on-line) where dogs are not allowed, and that we should have been placed in a smoking room instead --- which would have been unacceptable due to my severe allergies to secondhand smoking residue that is always left in a smoking room. Staff threatened to charge us an extra $100 because we had not alerted evening staff of our dogs. When I protested, she said that she'd "have to talk to the manager." Once she returned, she again scolded us, but informed us that we'd only be charged the extra pet fee. We replied that we were happy to pay that, but did not appreciate being told that we were at fault all along for not telling the evening staff about our dogs. Overall, the room was in sad shape; damaged walls, torn wallpaper; antiquated plumbing and furniture. Not nearly worth the rate that we paid. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Close to Beach"
It could be a nice hotel, close to the beach, but all it is, is close to the beach. Towels were old and had holes in them. Our room had corn flakes cerel on the floor and on one of the chairs. Room looked like it had had some water damage via leaks. Carpet was old and wearing. Beds were comfortable though and TV was nice. The staff were managing well […] considering what they had to work with but like all problems with any business, most of the blame here, lies with the owners or the property managers. This place is in the shape it is in, because of them, period. On the up side, we had a wonderful time in Plymouth. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Coleman's grad party"
Disappointed with the out dated room and the TV did not work.Genuine Expedia guest review
Can't beat the location, but the hotel room needed work-had to force door open, no baseboard in bathroom looks like it fell off and was never put back on, and the TV wouldn't shut off, when it finally did the TV then would randomly turn on. Staff was friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location but not very current"
We booked based on price and location. We loved the location and the pool but the room and the property were very out-dated. I used a key to get in my room...very un-heard of anymore! The property was in need of serious attention and the rooms were not very welcomimg. The shower was like a misty sprinkler and dirty. The room did not have the hairdryer […] it advertised on the website, but other reviews said that was to be expected so I brought my own. The other reviews were right on with all their critiques, so I wasn't all that surprised with what I found when I arrived. The staff were all very helpful and nice. I didn't require the 2nd nights stay, and they were very accomodating with this request. Free breakfast was ok. Probably wouldn't stay there again, but for the 1 night we made it work. "Hotel was filthy!"
The room was dirty and grimy. I did not want my feet to touch the floor. The lamp shades were all stained and the curtains had holes in them. The towels were thin and small. There was no hair dryer. The bed itself was comfortable. Many of the problems with this hotel could be taken care of if it were cleaned properly.Genuine Expedia guest review
