Stayed here on our honeymoon, couldn't have asked for a better place for the money. The staff was extremely helpful with speedy check in/out. Concierge staff was on their A game the entire time. Room was cleaned daily and very comfortable. The bar was nice but a bit expensive ( but that's London). Vauxhall tube station is only a five minute walk which isn't bad at all. There is a grocery store next door that has about everything you need. Was a great stay.

Just what we expected. everything was good except the wash basin drain was full of hair and drained poorly. surprised that the maid service didn't report it

One of my favorite Hotels in the World. I love coming back to the Hotel and finding it still the same beautiful hotel which is always so clean and shining both inside and out. Also many of the personnel are the same and some I call by first names, I find that a treasure never to be forgotten. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, never had a problem […] that could not be solved quickly. A perfect location for anyone who travels either by plane or train, and love beautiful Richmond Park, just at the top of the road which I love a walk or a lovely horse ride. One of my favorite Hotels in the world. Love the location with London, and everyone that works in the Hotel is Excellent. It is a Hotel I would always return to, when coming back to London,.
