The front desk was efficient. Was offered an additional $30/per day package that included "Level 9" access (WiFi, Breakfast and happy hour 7pm-8pm) Room service did a great job. Used the gym and was pleased with the gym equipment. The waiters on "Level 9" have an odd sense of entitlement. It seems as if they believe that because the Level 9 guests are […] afluent they too are afluent servers. The same waiter on Friday night and Sunday morning was an asinine jerk but I handled myself respectfully at all times. Didn't use the pool because I have family and friends, pretty much used the hotel to sleep but eventually checked out two days later because my family and friends offered pretty much the same deal. A tad overrated. Note: The hotel is located across the Multi Plaza Mall, where there is a grocery store that sells drinking water at a cheap rate. I stayed here for 2 weeks while on business. The hotel is right across the street from a mall with many common american food options. I mostly ate at the hotel restaurants which had a good menu and decent prices. The service was excellent. I would stay here again if I were to go to Tegucigalpa.

Need to improve on customer service and room service. Ordered room service and it took 2 calls and 1 1/2 hours to get food. Front desk did a poor job of explaining services provided by hotel and at what cost to guest.

everything was perfect from the moment i got there, they even asked me if i wanted a room near the elevators or not. the hotel has a few restaurants and also a bar , very good food. i was attending an event in tegucigalpa so i ask the concierge if they could get me some flowers and they sent someone to the flower store to get them for me.

This hotel was one of the worst stays I have ever had. Picture this you are in a third world country and the security staff says the parking lot is full with guests from an event. So at 10:30 at night they tell you you can park your car in the mall parking lot across the street where there is minimal security and walk back to the hotel. Then the next […] day at 12:00 noon and it is the same thing. I had to walk into the parking lot of the mall in the pouring rain dress for my daughters graduation. There were spaces reserved with cones, but get this the were reserved for visitors not guest. Guest of the Hotel have no rights everything is first come first serve unless you know somebody who works there and then you can get what you want. I recommend staying at the Marriott it is less than a mile away and the people are so much more friendly. Read more

The front desk staff (man) is very very unknowledgeable. He is not qualified to work at 4 stars hotel as it states or as to work at the front desk at all. He doesn't provide the basic information about the hotel for us. He greets like something from the dialoque., but he forgets the most important information such as how to use the elevator (security) […] , where the internet room is, how to use internet room, where is the breakfast place , what time it starts. Nice hotel with reasonable rates but very expensive extras: internet is $17 a day, water in the room is $4, etc. It's opposite a big shoppinig centre but there's a bit of a lack of good restaurants nearby. The hotel has 3 which are all decent and not too pricey.
