I always love staying at this hotel. The rooms are always clean and I get a goodnights rest. They have a nice outdoor area close to the pool and , the location is perfect and the breakfast is amazing, they serve for breakfast scrambled eggs and bacon and danish, oatmeal, English muffins,fruit, muffins,cereal, juice.

I had a job interview and stayed for 3 days. The rooms and main lobby were very neat and clean! Fast wifi! Computer in lobby with free printing! Friendly front desk clerks! Complimentary breakfast! I had a great overall stay!

The room was clean and the view was beautiful, but our room had a slight smell of smoke. The comforters were lumpy and seemed a little old. The staff was friendly.

There were 15 of us, and we needed a good place to stay, sleep and eat breakfast close to our weekend venue. All the ladies told me "great job" on the selection of the rooms. If we are back again next year, strong possibility we will stay there again! Staff was OUTSTANDING.

Very pleasant, staff was very courteous and helpfull. would stay there again if the price was right as it was on this visit. We were able to visit Jerome, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon and Slide Rock State Park as well as Montezumas Castle. The room at this Hampton Inn was not as nice as ones we've stayed at before. The room was clean, but drapes, wallpaper, couch did not match. Linens seemed tired due to multiple washings (I guess). Breakfast room was delightful. The staff were friendly and the food served was very good.

The only thing was the manager reception was strange. I did not meet the manager and no one talked to anyone . All that happened was people came to eat what was there then left. There should be something to motivate people to mingle. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay; from the fresh, warm, inviting, chocolate chip cookies at the registration desk to the fresh, clean linens on the most luxurious beds we've slept on. We were in town overnight for my daughter's swim meet - the hotel is conveniently located, clean with good service. The breakfast butfet was good. Very comfortable beds! They extended out check out time to accomodate our schedule.

Evidently the "suite" has a Jacuzzi tub actually in the bedroom which leaves room for an extremely small shower (think rv size shower). Over all a nice and pleasant hotel in a cozy, beautifulnd and quit area. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the room is very clean with the exception of minor up keep issue that others might not notes which causing me to give it 4 out of 5. I would definitely return to it and recommend it to a friend.

Manager's reception was not very good. Chips, and raw vegs. The reception was 5 to 7, no food left after 6, did not replenish. Very disappointed. Rooms were nice. Also staff very attentive.
