We were pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated hotel. It was very nicely decorated and the room was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful,... providing us with information relevant to the area (places to eat, shop, etc.). The breakfast was well stocked (variety and quality). Very convenient location, with easy access to the city or surrounding areas both via the interstate and back roads. The only complaint (sort of) would be that the "do not disturb" sign was ignored - the staff came in and cleaned even if the sign was on the door. This hotel was undergoing renovation during or stay so it should be quite nice and updated soon. The workmen were very curtious so didn't interrupt our stay. Unlike most Hampton Inn's we did not have a little frig which we missed.

Not to my expectation..we were on the first floor and the noise level was horrible. The rug in our room had stains all over and not to mention the lighting fixtures were very difficult to find the on/off switch because it was the same color as the fixture!! Overall the only things that I was satisfied with was breakfast and customer service.

Nice location outside of Gillette Stadium. Nice area, very friendly staff. Good breakfast, nice rooms. Beds were very small, but they were doubles so to be expected. Would definitely return, good value for the money.

We have stayed here many times as we have family in the area. Always courteous service, clean room and tasty breakfast options. Enjoyed the oatmeal addition this time. We were in non-smoking room but could smell smoke from a room down from us.

I asked for a few directions and complimentary items and received very quick and courteous help from the staff. I was surprised to find that they still keep sewing kits on hand. Discount on local bar/grill next door, and free access to a well-equipt Boston Sports Club literally across the street. The staff was accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly. It was quiet in spite of graduating college students. I was there for a funeral so appreciated the quiet consideration of excited students. The place was neat and comfy, just right for me.

My friend and I had a great time and a great stay. The room was comfortable and quiet and close to the "Razor". We went to a Patriots game. The breakfasts were an added bonus and the staff kept the food plentiful and well kept. I will return!

Everything is so nice. We went to premier outlets for the overnight blackfriday shopping . After the entire night, we were all exhausted so we decided to get some sleep during the morning in this hotel. The staff is so friendly and the bed is so soft. We had a really good sleep. Next time, we would definitely still choose this hotel in this area.
