This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in, including 5 star hotels. The room was immaculate, as was the common areas of the hotel. I only stayed one night and didn't have any special requests. The bed was VERY comfortable and the air conditioner wasn't obnoxiously loud like some are. I'd stay here again!

Overall we were pleased with our stay at this property. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was above average with friendly staff. I was disappointed that there were no resturants within walking distance, but order in worked fine.

While this hotel's exterior is unimpressive, the hotel's interior has just been remodeled and is very nice. The hotel staff is very helpful--I actually put the receptionist on the phone with my cousin to give directions--and the overall atmosphere of this place is welcoming. I had specifically called and asked Expedia if there was a pull out couch at this hotel and was told 5 people can sleep in the room. When we got there I found out that only 4 can, no pull out couch in any room. Manager did offer to bring us a roll away bed free of charge. The pool was not like the picture I thought. Breakfast was good. Staff was very […] nice. I did not like that the hotel charged me an extra "holding fee" of $50.00 for the room. Did not get why they needed to do this and was not told about it. I was told when we checked out (next day) that the "holding fee" would be returned. It was taken out of my account on a Friday, we left Saturday morning and my "holding fee" was not returned to me until the next Friday-a week later. Not too happy about this when I was told it was going to be returned that Saturday that we checked out. Other than that, it was ok. Doors do slam too hard also. Read more

I was in town to visit family in Lauderdale and Hollywood and it was the Perfect hotel for my stay. There was some renovation going on when I was there so there was some noise but not too bad. The renovations are making it like a higher end hotel than normal Hampton Inn & Suites. I look forward to seeing it when it's done. The breakfast was good. Fruit, […] oatmeal, eggs and meat and a waffle maker. It's near the 441, the turnpike and not too far from 95 so it's really centrally located. We did not know that the hotel was under construction. The lobby was in the breakfast room. Very disappointed. We will not stay there again! The price was the same as a Courtyard Marriott which is a much nicer place!!!

I was in town briefly to attend my sister's funeral. I was sad and not feeling my best but it was comforting to say at a place that was clean, affordable and had the greatest staff. My kids asked to stay an extra night so we could spend more time with the cousins and extended family and I did due to the affordable price. This is an older hotel that did serve our need of a place to sleep. It is in a run down part of town right next to an old apartment complex. it did not seem to be a safe place to venture out of the hotel at night.
