If this was the best in El Dorado there must not have much there. The pictures of the roomm indicated a sofa. But we were told that it did not come with the room we booked. There had been no indication that it would not. I wa not comfortable parking my car in the back because of the neighborhood.

Would reccomend hotel. One of the newest and nicest in the area. Called early am and was allowed early check in so we couid get ready for a funeral of a family member. We appreciated that very much. Only thing that happened we noticed back door not secure and could be pulled open without key. My daughter reported it and immediately night staff went […] out and checked door. Everything was very nice about this hotel. The only negative was that it seemed rather premature to close the outdoor pool for the season before Labor Day weekend when the temperatures were in the high 90's. It was like they didn't want to bother with the pool upkeep any longer than they had to.

Everything was fine as usual with a stay at the Hampton, in fact, we will be buying a mattress from their store soon, we loved it. The only issue we had was with the pool. We had our kids with us and expected to swim, but it seemed that the pool company hadn't been by in awhile and we weren't comfortable with the cleanliness of the water.
