This was my third stay since November for business. Hotel is clean, rooms are nice and very comfortable. Location is super convenient to shopping and dining. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here again.

"Disappointed"
VERY disappointed with this stay. We requested a non smoking, but ours had been heavily smoked in "at one or more times".The smell was in the A/C unit. The A/C also rattled VERY loud all night that you couldn't hear the TV at a normal level. Cigerette burn marks were on the bathroom counter. An orange peel in it from the previous stay was in the trash […] can, which made me wonder how well they actually cleaned the room. They had printed sticky notes on each headboard that read the Duvet Cover & Sheets had been cleaned. (Aren't the sheets & covers always suppose to be clean)? The Hotel Directory book had been scribbled on every page and some things were marked out. What was most disappointing was the Hotel Directory listed two local cab companies that were no longer in business and when we called the front desk to verify, they were aware they were out of business. When we asked if there was a place that served alcohlic beveragees within walking distance, the replied "No", but when we walked into the parking lot to drive somewhere to eat, we noticed a "In Japan" Resturant accross the street, I made a quick phone call to them and they "DO" serve alcoholic beverages (within walking distance). "Easy Access to Hotel"
We enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel and it was excellent. Only negative is that the side door to the outdoor swimming pool was not functional because the locking mechanism was broken. If you went out you could not come back in through the door from the outside entailing you to have to go to the front in order to access the hotel. "Great place to stay"
This hotel was very nice and conforms with other Hampton's that we have stayed at before. The only drawback to our stay on this particular stay was that we were in town for the DETBA World Series and had to wash uniforms for the next day's games and they didn't have laundry facilities. "feather pillows"
The only problem I had was there are feather pillows on the beds, and I am alergic to feathers. But they accomodated me with different pillows. Just be aware if you alergic to feathers, you may want to bring your own pillow.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Our room, 324, had a number of items that needed maintenance addressing. The mirrored door was "sprung" and hung out approx. 6-8 inches into the rooms walkway. The microwave has a burn mark on the front door, a reading lamp was without a light bulb, and there were various carpet stains, but the main issue was the tobacco smell that permeated the room.
