The Room itself was very nice, the bed was very comfortable, only downfall was that the duvet was dusty. We simply peeled that back and left it at the foot of the bed. The carpet in the hallways need replacing. There was a vending machine on our floor which did not work. Maybe it was empty. Love, love Hampton Inn properties. Always good staff and service, breakfast variety and freshness top notch and my king room is always clean, well maintained, spacious and this visit, I was in a suite which was sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet!

Great locación at Doral. Very close to Dolphin Mall and International Mall. 40 minutes away from Miami Beach. Great if going for shopping, while the free wifi and the breakfast to go also make it a good place for business.

It wasn't very close to the airport but we were headed out of town anyway. The hotel was in a nice area, it was clean, employees were nice, and it was comfortable. I would not recommend it if you had an early flight just not really close enough to airport, but other wise nice hotel.

We stayed 1 night each way while traveling between PA and S.America. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, We stored our Winter clothes (sweaters, gloves, etc.) in there storage room while we were in S. America. Breakfast OK but the pre-cooked scrampled eggs were dry.

Was pleased with all aspects of the stay. Stayed one night before a cruise. The shuttle arrived within a 1/2 hour of our call. The neighbor was nice, located more in the suburbs then downtown but still many options for dining and to pruchase precruise items. Would stay here again. Clean hotel, nice hot breakfast, and friendly staff.

Although the Hotels.com website stated that there was 24hr shuttle service to the airport, the reality is that shuttle service begins at 7:00 until 11:00pm or so. When I arrived and requested shuttle service to Miami Intl airport for an early morning departure, this was pointed out to me. When I showed the website description about 24hr shuttle service […] to the night manager, he was extremely helpful and arranged for transportation for me for in the morning. Only complaint is the hallways weren't clean. The same dirt the 2 days we were there. The rooms were clean and comfy. Nice outside tables by the swimming pool to eat breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. Cuban Restaurant next door was a great place to eat. Dolphin Mall was only minutes away and nice place to spend a day. My overall rating is average simply because the shuttle service is lacking. If you need to catch an early flight, expect to pay for a cab or Super Shuttle, as the hotel's shuttle service doesn't start until 7:00 AM.

Good first time experience. The room was well kept and I felt safe. Breakfast was always fresh and nicely displayed with a wide variety to choose from. Housekeeping staff were always very friendly and helpful. I had one problem and that was with the shuttle service from the mall. I travelled with a 9year old and having to wait for pickup for 1 and […] 3/4 hours was ridiculous. Before booking this hotel I was assured by hotel staff that it would be a maximum wait of 15 to 30 minutes with airport drop off being priority, this was understandable, so I booked. Good shuttle service to the mall and to the airport, very friendly people. Great location at Doral. Very close to the Dolphin Mall if shopping. 9 miles away from the airport. Has free Wifi in all the rooms, so for business is great. The only thing I didn't like is the breakfast.... could be better for a Hot Breakfast. If I have to go again to Miami, I think I will stay here again.

Rooms were clean. Linens looked and smelled clean! Close to Dolphin mall for shopping. Free Breakfast was a plus.The elevators needs some updating/maintenance but it works so not a major issue.

Great hotel near Miami Airport and Dolphin Mall Free shuttle to both destinations is very useful. There's a nice pool and also free parking. Staff hotel is very helpful and always willing to make you feel at home, especially Shazad and Marcela in the front desk. Will definitely choose it again, as I already did.

Hotel was okay except for the following 2 items. Beds were uncomfortable and were smaller than the queen beds if most other hotels. The shower handle was loose and did not allow the water temperature to be changed. The staff were very courteous and friendly though.

The hotel is clean and close to the Dophin Mall and Miami International Mall. I was upset at first as I did not know that I had to call the hotel to arrange for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. However, my experience was transformed by the hotel staff especially Randolph. He was very pleasant and made sure that I was settled in hotel.
