      Not a bad hotel for the price. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was decent, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. It's aging a bit and could use a bit of a facelift though.

    Clean, comfortable beds and sheets. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is OK, typical of most mid-range hotels and can be a bit crowded between 8-9am. Location is pretty convenient, near many other restaurants, shopping and VT campus.

    I usually stay in Blacksburg, but due to move in week, I had to find a hotel somewhere else. Needless to say, I was glad I found this place. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I could get to Virginia Tech from this location.

    Right off Route 460 so super easy to get to. Check in was easy, room was very clean and quiet. Clean towels were available at the pool for our use which was a plus. Breakfast (included in our rate) had a great selection of options from waffles and bacon to oatmeal and fresh fruit. Seating was limited during breakfast but we still found 5 chairs together. […] The only wierd thing about our room was there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom but everything esle was great so we would stay there again.     On the positive side, this hotel was very clean. Most of the folks behind the desk were personable and cheerful. The folks working on the floors were very kind and helpful. When we needed additional towels or blankets they promptly and cheerfully provided them.     The breakfast was good, the rooms were fine, beds comfy and the hotel was 10 minutes from VT. My only complaint was that you could really hear the plumbing sounds coming from surrounding rooms through the walls, especially late at night and first thing in the morning
