We stayed just one night, but will return.......I'D forgotten that we had asked for a lake view room, so, was delighted with the balcony and view. The staff was very friendly and accommodating !!

Outdated decor, needs a freshen up! The bed sheets in the first room we were given were dirty, with stains and hair. After telling the front desk (friendly staff), they quickly changed our room to a better location (great view), but the sheets in that room were not changed either and we had to tip the housekeeping to change to new clean bed sheets. […] Loved the balcony overlooking the lake (great location). Ordered in room breakfast in the morning and got 2 pieces of toast, juice, fruit and tea for two people and it cost $30 ?!??!! Location is wonderful with water on both sides. A good place to take an evening walk. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was of a good size and clean. Excellent shower. We found it entirely acceptable and plan to come back.

The hotel is a nice facility on the edge of Osoyoos, B.C.,Canada. We stayed here because the rate was better that other hotels in the area on that date. There is a restaurant in the hotel. We ate in town instead. If you are going to dine or shop in town I suggest driving. Osoyoos is a very pleasant small resort community.

Great room with second room with bunk beds and a pull out couch. Beautiful view of the lake and beach. Close to everything - grocery store across the bridge and liquor store. Has a wine shuttle which is a great way to visit the wineries.

Everything was fine for our stay in Osoyoos at this hotel. It is on the beach and only a short walk away from downtown and a selection of restaurants. We were surprised when a power outage in Osoyoos seemed to indicate the hotel did not have a backup power supply. Other than that, this was a good place to stay.

We stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedrm suite on the main floor. This includes a kitchen, sitting area and bathrm as well. Suite was clean and well furnished. Stopped in Osoyoos to golf on a road trip, staying at the Holiday Inn. Hotel is suited for young families or party groups. I have been to this hotel twice now and the first time the room was terrible... Wasn't very clean and was very outdated. My husband booked a weekend there for us and the kids and they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite which was nice and updated. I would stay there again if we could get the same suite or one similar. Customer Service was zero. Because we booked through Expedia we were given a room that was like a sauna bath and right on the road. A restaurant was below the window and a balcony was dedicated to a smoke bit. (note the room was non smoking as requested). Hence we could not open a window to get fresh air. Another room was not previded without paying […] for an up grade to which we had to do. We have since sent a complaint to Holiday Inn customer relations who forwarded our complaint to the General Manager of the Hotel, stating we would get a response back within 48 hours. 10 days later we are still waiting for this response. Hotel has a nice beach and the location is very good, I believe all rooms have a lake view which is great. But the hotel is looking pretty run-down, needs a painting and someone to clean the balconies, there was spider-webs and dust everywhere. I had a great time in Osoyoos, and the Holiday Inn stay was fantastic. To start, they apparently only allow pets in certain rooms in the hotel, but Expedia doesn't mention that little fact. It was pretty scary given that we had just driven 5 hours with a pet, and that all the other rooms in the hotel (and nearby hotels) were booked as it was a long […] weekend. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodated us anyway, however, so our little dog could stay with us without issue. We also got upgraded to a nicer room (a two-bedroom suite overlooking the lake) which was fantastic. It seemed almost the same size as our apartment back home, and had everything we could possibly need. There's an attached Marina where Holiday Inn guests get free kayak rentals (which we made use of) and 10% off other rentals, like boats (which we made use of). Go early to make sure to get what you want. The front desk staff also recommended a nice restaurant at a nearby winery (Tinhorn), which turned out to be the highlight of the trip. FYI, buying the "full breakfast" in Expedia for $15 gives you a $20 coupon to one of the attached restaurants. So it's a savings, but not a huge amount, and you might want to just hold onto the cash and play it by ear. The breakfast was tasty though, and the wait staff was very quick, so we would have eaten there regardless. Maybe we got lucky in terms of the upgrade and the great front desk treatment, but we'd highly recommend Holiday Inn Osoyoos. Read more

The hotel is centrally located near the attractions of Osoyoos and beside Lake Osoyoos. Our room had a nice view of the lake and was well-maintained. However, the T.V. is a small and old one... perhaps Holiday Inn might want to replace the T.V.s with the newer plasma or digital T.V. Overall, a good selection if you are staying in Osoyoos.

We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is not brand new with modern furnishings but the location and staff were great. We had a two bdrm suite. Great for teenagers. It had full kitchen, eating area and 3 tv's. Just take the steps down and you're at the beach.

The cleaning staff trollies were in the corridoor all day, so we thought some one will pick it up, but by night it only got moved from the corridoor to the front of the elevator on our floor!!!
